VHS lamp a great idea but the packing and case for tape was a added bonus. ☺

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received. You order was placed on 20th December and this was during the time we had implemented our extended processing and shipping times for the Christmas period. This was clearly advertised in the large banner at the top of our home page as well as within our shipping policy.
