You can’t use your bonuses even on the games they claim you can.
Also lost £1000s on black jack which never happens side bets none existence and I’m sure there are more 2s than any other deck shoe I have ever seen at first I put it down to bad luck but I played on several different days along with different times could not get any return at all.
Being a addict to gambling I use the self exclude button when I need to stop.

Hi I'm not going to ask you to read my review, I think the several reviews and the overall rating on this site says enough. The reply that they are governed by the alderney gambling commission means nothing. Alderney is in the Channel Islands and therefore not subject to UK law, this is why most operators have their sites in non UK territories for example LadbrokesCoral and William Hill in Gibraltar Paddy Power in the Isle of Man you get the gist of what I'm saying. No idea where to begin.
So let me make this rather clear. The website its self is decent the loyalty points should be more visible as I find that part rather complicated. Secondly trying to contact you guys via social media is dam near impossible 3rdly the withdrawl times to my master card are laughable.
