Can't use this service as my personal account verification status still not verified. What have I done wrong or I have to wait longer?

We used RelayPay to purchase a vehicle which we paid at 10pm using crypto and the car was ours at opening time in the morning. No hold ups at the bank or waiting for funds to clear. Seamless and attentive service. They made the process very clear and easy. Will use their services again ... and again.

Fantastic website - Easy to use and fast transactions, plus customer service responded to my issue immediately and were great to work with.

Relaypay worked well in the end, but I initiated a bill payment on the weekend and the transaction page said to have timed out even after I made the payment, causing real anxiety. Fortunately customer support got back to me within 24 hours to confirm it was received and was to be processed during the next business day

Reasonably straight forward, however the web 3 wallet option with ledger didn't connect properly, after a few attempts with desktop and mobile. Necessary to connect manually for it to work.
