Pretty simple to use but there don’t have the any control over the chain using BCS chain with third part partners for approval and according to customer service there is no guarantee to any transaction.20$ recovery fee is bit overkill even you did nothing wrong when processing, conversation rate isn’t the best too. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. stick to main Aussies exchanges this ain’t worth the hassle. Customer service is pretty responsive no complaints there.

The only one time I had a delay and that was due to an issue on my receiving wallet end, other than that absolutely 10/10 service. Highly recommended, secure fast and reliable.

I like that RelayPay helps me bridge between my fiat money and my crypto allowing me to send between by bank account and crypto wallet with relative ease. If you have an issue with the transaction, the customer service is helpful and can resolve problems generally quickly
