Delivery was spot on. Unpacked our new fridge and freezer, took the old ones away and placed the new ones where we wanted in the kitchen. They are working well and very good value and quality for the price. We would recommend Reliant to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

I can't rate your company highly enough to be fair. Fantastic products at really good prices. Brilliant experience from ordering to delivery. Kept informed with updates and tracking for delivery. Brilliant company driver, Rob I have to say was really helpful and made sure the appliance was delivered to my satisfaction. Will be ordering again soon as I am doing kitchen refurb and need more appliances as I progress.

The delivery wS on time but when we unwrapped the dryer it's got quite a few dents on it. I was going to email you today,as I don't expect it to come with dents all over it.

Came across Reliant by accident online, having read all the reviews I thought I would give them a go. I have now purchased a tv, washing machine and dishwasher. Can’t fault the service, would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a fridge and it was delivered broken, I called reliant whilst the delivery company were still at my house to check I could use the broken fridge until they can swap it out so I’m not left with nowhere to store my food. They agreed to this. They knew I’d paid for packaging removal and never stated I’d need to keep the box. I later spoke to reliant about getting the old fridge collected, they said I must package the fridge, I advised them I do not have a fridge sized box and they would only accept it in a box or bubble wrap. Reliant would not send out a a box or bubble wrap to put the fridge in. I suggested they send out a fridge I was after and we could put the only fridge in its box once it arrived. After some back and forth reliant agreed as a gesture of goodwill to change to a slightly different fridge and a delivery was booked in. The next delivery came and the drivers dropped off an identical fridge, this was not the one we agreed to. I spoke to reliant again, they apologised and said they’ll will send the right fridge out, we agreed for it to come today due to the bank holiday. On Saturday I called reliant to say I have an email for the collection but no email about the delivery, the reassured me the delivery was booked. I have now just spoken to the delivery company and they have not got the new fridge they were just coming to take the old one away leaving me with no where to store food…
Still have t received the bike, it’s still to be delivered by Arrowxl. I’ve tried to ring them, no answer, emailed, no answer. I’m really unhappy with you services as I paid £10 for a delivery date which was last Tuesday 19th May. No tracking number so can’t see where the bike is. Took a day off work and nothing turned up and still hasn’t. If it does not turn up by Wednesday I will be asking for a refund or a partial refund. Been honest, it’s the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I spoke with one of your customers service staff on Friday and she said that she’d get in touch with Arrow to see what was happening. Nothing has comeback and you’ve not replied to my email I sent also last week on the matter.
I know the problem doesn’t solely lie with you but come on, surely you and them can do better than what has been done to this part. Really poor service.

I cancelled the order as your choice of delivery company Furdeco was appalling, despite paying for guaranteed next day delivery, fake tracking, and absolutely no customer service from them, they eventually turned up when I had declined delivery date as I was on holiday.
I'm still waiting for my full refund but it's still within the expected time.
So no, I can't rate your products but the fact you've emailed saying I hope you're satisfied with your order please rate your experience doesn't really reflect too well on you.

I paid for package removal but when they arrived they said they only drop off. I phoned the company and they refunded me .but im still stuck with the great big cardboard box and polystyrene and plastic to get rid off.

Simple to use, you can see what you are getting, arrived in two days with no damage
We paid for a fridge return on order of new deep they didn’t take it due to no space in delivery van when we was probably one of the first customer of that day as it was early morning. Only after I spoke to customer services they explained they don’t take big fridges which wasn’t stated on website.
Value for money. I just wanted a simple fridge. Easy to order and prompt delivery . Thanks.
It's been 3 weeks since I bought the fridge and never been delivered. I don't know if it's real company always saying different things i will wait this week if not delivered i will ask for refund
SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I ordered a fridge and a washing machine online. I paid for Saturday delivery and for the packaging to be taken away. The delivery driver called me when he was outside. I went down and he shouted at me that I need to lift it up the stairs as its too heavy. He was angry and aggressive using bad language saying that he's just going to leave the van and quit his job. He was so aggressive I had to call my dad to come quickly. At one point he started packing the van and saying he's going. I explained that I need it as ive just moved in with two young kids and this just made him worse. I decided to call the customer services as I was shocked at what was happening and I was told because it's a big item I needed to specify this when ordering due to step access. I explained that I ordered online and was not at any point asked about access. I ended up carrying it myself with my 72 year old dad as the two delivery guys watched. Shocking will never buy again. Unprofessional
