Hard to speak to customer service
It’s a little hard to get ahold of someone in customer service, but once you do they do well. The chat bot from their website says it is passing you onto a “human team member “ but no one ever comes online. No one has answered phone calls either, during working hours as published on their website. So to get ahold of customer service you need to email them and they will email back in about 1-2 days during the US evening.
No response to help request
I reached out on the website for help and trouble shooting and never received any reply. My spa stopped working after three months despite following all of the manufacturers instructions. When I emailed for help I received no response other than an opportunity to leave a review. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I was so pumped about the spa and it worked brilliantly for three months and then just STOPPED. I followed all of the troubleshooting videos on the website to no avail and then when I reached out for further help I got no response. I’m sans spa and pretty sad about it.

Well. I purchased the 6 man. And got to use it 3 times with in the month and the pump went out. Followed all instructions no harsh chemicals etc. Code HL came up. Troubleshooting everything and every way it says in the manual. Still no results. Called customer service can't understand but working through it. They said they will try to help but no results no part no help at all. Left bad review, and they called me, and said they can't help me unless I take the review down. Month later, I'm stuck with a pile of rubber that I paid over 6 hundred dollars for to sit in the corner empty now from stagnant water in it. Plus no contact back or follow ups. Nothing.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The jacuzzi was delivered on time, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Setup was easy, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The jets are powerful, the temperature holds perfectly, and it’s incredibly relaxing. Truly feels like a spa at home. Highly recommend this product!
Bought a hottub for my wife for…
Bought a hottub for my wife for Christmas. Tried to set it up for her after work , filled the tub up and it all leaked out. Found a tear in the seam at the bottom.
Emailed Walmart who rerouted the email to this company. Company emailed back asking us to confirm that we would take a " compensation" without telling us what the compensation would be.
They then had the audacity to tell us that they didnt want to incur the operating costs of taking it back. All we wanted was a replacement or a full refund. I will update this if we get a reasonable and satisfactory response. It has now been 5 days since purchase and the hottub is unusable and I'm still out the money.
Hard to reach customer service
Had a problem with an order, called listed help number and it was out of service. I then got on online chat waited 10 hours for response which was to late the item was already shipped. A large company such as relxtime should have a working customer service number to call here in the states.

This inflatable hot tub is beautifully constructed, straightforward to assemble and get going and wonderfully restorative. I use it morning and evening it comfortably fits two people with legs stretched out. Best investment ever I recommend the winter cover for cooler climates. The included pad for underneath. The hot tub is flimsy and inadequate. I created my own pad out of six cushy, waterproof mats. There are padded cushions inside the structure on either end. These are very comfortable. No need for other seats. They included side table is very helpful.

We loved it till we didn’t! Heater went out several times with in the first year. They replaced it the first time. Then we just purchased another one because it was out of warranty. It didn’t work. They said they had a quality issue but now won’t communicate with me about replacing the heater I just purchased. They want me to just buy a new hot tub. We loved the hot tub just wished it would work.

I was sent two square insulated covers two weeks apart and charged for both of them at the same time. I’ve asked for a return label for one if the shipments and have not received a reply.

NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
To be honest the customer service has been terrible. I purchased a replacement external heater pump the one I received was bad. I’ve been trying now for two weeks to get this one replaced and haven’t had any luck. I’ve called at least three times and sent four different emails to different email addresses I give by the customer service representative.
Great replacement for hard spas by far!
Spa was ez to set up.
Old hard spas are anachronistic,

While it is a 110v plug and play model, it really should have it's own dedicated circuit.
We like how the heater and jet assembly is part of the unit and doesn't have to be connected, it makes it a much more compact unit.

I have emailed at least 20 times for help about my spa. I keep getting the run around. Company told me to weeks ago they would send me a return shipping label. Still haven't received it. Im Supposed to be able to pick a new spa but that has happened. Im still paying for a tub that doesn't work. I would rather have a FULL refund. Going foward I will not ever purchase anything from relxtime and it's affiliates.
