Pleasant, knowledgeable, and accurate.

Good tranny but was missing o-ring had to drop tranny again to add one ,so I was charged $250 extra. Tried to get warranty, but shop was no help and everything at reman transmission was just too complicated I think they do it on purpose just to discourage you and I guess sometimes it works.


Edit: Thank you for your quick reply but just say there was a delay implies there was a resolution but to date there has not been a resolution and I am still out $250 I already spoke with someone at the time and I shouldn’t have to go back and forth with the shop and Remen over this simple mistake on Remen’s part … thanks

Update : transmission is now leaking . I don’t even think I drove 200 miles.It just sits now in the drive way waiting till I get time to take it back to the shop .

Horrible horrible.

After they took my order about 30 minutes later, they call me and told me I have to pay an additional $100 because I provided a residential address once I provided my commercial address they wouldn’t believe that it was a commercial address long story short I cancel the order

So far the phone operator on your end did a good job of getting things going.

If I could give it a zero I would. Reman Transmission sent my mechanic two defective transmissions without codes and strategies. I am now dealing with 4 related companies trying to get my money back. This is a shady company sending shady parts. Don’t walk -run from this company!

The guy that I spoke to who made the purchasing process very simple and answered any questions I had. He explained the warranty details very good. Have no complaints with the purchasing process, but I will write another review after I get my transmission. And review the mechanical side of this process

The gentleman I spoke with had great knowledge about the product, pricing, core charge, core return policies, was able to help me get the right transmission, made it easy to set up the shipping details, and answered every question I had. I haven't got the transmission yet so I can't speak on the product but the sales rep was awesome!

Got it out quickly but failed to let me know when it left. Other than that 👍👍

easy ordering, took less than 5 minutes on the phone with Jay. i bought a trans for my personal daily driver about 10 months ago, and it has worked flawlessly since install ! i repair motor vehicles for a living (44 years), and i believe these transmisions to be the best ive ever used. just ordered another one for my customers !
