I've ordered multiple items off ReMarkt for personal usage multiple times. So far everything has been the way it was supposed to be! The laptop I had ordered worked perfectly, even better than I expected. Their refurbished items are done very well and they're affordable for someone with nearly no income. At first I was prepared for a scam as it felt like it was too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised and now recommend to family and friends whenever they're in need of a new laptop or such. I'll continue to purchase from ReMarkt and am expecting to make another purchase soon!
The only issue I tend to have is browsing their website on the phone tends to be hard to navigate or the general impression of it. As I said before I was afraid of it being a scam as the graphics of the website felt cheap in some way. It didn't help that most computers are the same shell but with different items within. Perhaps a suggestion is a build your own laptop? I don't know if that would be plausible, but I feel that could help by a mile.

Bought numerous of times laptops from Remarkt. The latest purchase a Dell Latitude had a short delay but that's because of the covid-19 of course. Everything fine.

Very good service to reach information about the companies that I am purchasing especially for the first time.

Third purchase through Remarkt.nl and again very satisfied. Although Corona we still get a fast and personal response when posing a question. Honest pricing and good info about what you purchase so no surprises when your package arrives. Next purchase will be at Remarkt again.

The laptop I ordered came one week later than expected. The power cable for notebook stopped working after on week.. very disappointing

The store is Terrible, they sent me an broken monitor and for more than 15 days i have been trying to obtain refund, i sent the monitor back on the same day that i received it, i call nobody gets the phone, i send email i only receive automatic answers.

Lost 60 bucks and a lot of time and frustration, terrible.

EDIT: After almost 2 weeks they refunded me finally.

Nice prices for second hand items. Made few orders in it, with no issues and nice customer service. Recommended

Remarkt cheats with labelling products as A and B-grade.
1. A-grade is usually damaged but still usable.
2. B-grade is in such a bad condition that you better throw it away.
3. Monitors are sold without power cables.
Their reply: "Many customers ask for a discount and have cables themselves. That's why we offer monitors without cables.

What a nonsense!
Different power cables should NEVER be used, even if they fit!
This is just a tactic to end up high on the list of 'Google Shopping'.
After arriving on their website you have to pay extra for things which are ALWAYS included and should NEVER be paid extra for!
