I would never recommend
I wouldn’t recommend using Remitbee if you need your transfer to be completed within 2 minutes to a few hours. I recently sent money through Remitbee, uploaded the required identification documents, and was informed it would take 1-5 days for my recipient to receive the funds. Despite contacting customer service and stressing the urgency, they assured me it had been marked as urgent, but it would still take 24-48 hours. As of now, my recipient still hasn’t received the money.
A friend recommended Remitly, and I’m glad I tried it (no identification document was required initially). My recipient received the funds within 3 minutes. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for Remitbee to either send or refund my money. I don’t think I’ll ever use them again!

So far my experience is good
So far my experience is good. Better service I obtained with direct bank deposit as money were deposited in timely manners. The 4 star rating is for the cash pick up option inconvenience as first time when I sent had a lots of issue to pick up as most banks in Bangladesh were not aware of the service and had to go to multiple banks before money could be cashed. Hope proper cash pickup mechanism will be established with more direct contact with local banks.

Experiences transferring between Canada to the Netherlands
I've send money from Canada to the Netherlands through remitbee multiple times. I never experienced any problems. When I had transfer funda while being in the Netherlands, I had to go through a thorough authentication process which makes me feel like they take security serious (took 2 days more to get my money through, but I don't think that's a big deal).
