I just received the engagement ring I ordered from Renaissance Jewel. The ring is amazing. Pictures don't do the ring justice! They kept me informed and sent me pictures of the ring while it was being completed before shipping it. The price was great also. Im very happy and excited with my purchase!

Easy to select what you want, good quality, clear pricing, and well packaged.

They were very quick to build the ring we ordered. My wife to be gets giddy every time she wears it.

It took way longer than I anticipated to come in and way late for what I needed it for, than when it arrived one of the earrings was bent. Not what I expected or paid for.

It is very high quality. The diamonds are vibrant and are so beautiful. The gold construction is beautiful.

I received gorgeous and sparkly lab diamond stud earrings in white gold, that were extremely high quality. There was an added physical certificate of authenticity delivered with the earrings, which I very much appreciated, along with an online appraisal, which was also nice.

The earrings were additionally delivered in extra secure packaging, which showed the high level of care put into ensuring the safety of the earrings.

The only thing I could say was a bit frustrating was the long time it took to ship, about 2 weeks longer than the original shipping estimate I was told, however, when talking to customer service they were very apologetic and kind and informed me when the new estimated shipping time would be; and once the earrings were finally shipped, they only took a few days to be delivered.

Overall, Renaissance Jewel creates exquisite jewelry at a fair price, and is a very trustworthy and reputable retailer to buy from. Just keep in mind that even if the shipping takes a bit longer than expected, you will not be disappointed and will receive a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Took almost 2 months to receive the ring. Looks good but much too long.

I got the 1ct diamond earrings and I absolutely love them! They are beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

My wife’s previous pair of emerald earrings were lost because the backing would not lock to the post and just fell out when on a trip.

I looked around for better backing designs and quality of earring this time around. I was very impressed with both. The only thing that I would have preferred to know ahead of time was how long the process took. The plan was to give them on a specific day (in hand prior) and in reality they arrived several days later and I was out of town.
