I must say that I’m super impressed at how speedily my case was dealt with by this company , had some issue with the appliance and I contacted them on a Wednesday morning and to my surprise a replacement was shipped out to me on Friday, I didn’t even miss my weekend wash day routine which is very important to me as a person with a busy schedule it’s an incredible service that touches deeply ,understanding customers needs and and doing everything to satisfy it . I am a customer for life ! I’m sincerely thankful for the service .

The process for ordering was pretty simple, the problem that occurred was when it came to preparing for shipping. The company that was due to ship the item wasn’t aware that I had paid extra for removal of the old dishwasher, when I rang them they advised to speak to Renew2u so I sent an email but this was never picked up, after a few days I rang them and they advised that the details would be updated then.
I then called the delivery company and they arranged delivery with the coming Monday which was good.
I have since emailed Renew2u as the dishwasher was very dirty when I received it and looked as if it had been used quite a bit before selling. If so I would have at least expected it to have been cleaned but there was food and lots of dirt on the item.
I have emailed them again but no response once again.
Please can you confirm your email which I got from your site.
I’m also concerned that even after reading this you’ve made no effort to reach out. My last email to you was regarding the state of the appliance received that was filthy and attached photos to confirm

I was pleased with fridge overall and delivery guys were good and very efficient. Thought first picture of product/advert on ebay should have shown dents not second or subsequent pictures as somewhat misleading although subsequent photos clearly showed cosmetic damage. Couldn't you have used car suction machine to pull them out? I know new door way too expensive.

I came across Renew2u on Ebay whilst searching for a washing machine.
They do refurbished machines which are clearly described with photos.
I bought an Hoover washing machine.
Delivered in no time and we'll packaged . Once packaged was removed the machine looked brand new. The photos did not do it justice.
The machine is fantastic and what a great company to purchase from. Great way of recycling too.

Awful product I’ve seen better in a second hand shop. It was so scratched and dented. They do not show everything in pictures. Had to pay for delivery and pay for it to go back it’s all wrong

Would never buy a 'New' appliance again
Fantastic experience. Great Value and the Appliance is like new. My old appliance broke after 13 months, so with a 12 month warranty (same as buying new) this was a no-brainer once I found out about this site.

Tumble Dryer issue with door - swiftly resolved
Highly recommended. Just purchase a Candy tumble dryer via EBay. Had an issue with the door being on the left side but needed it to be on the right side No fuss, no quibble understanding customer service. Straight away offered a full refund. Decided to keep the appliance but was nice to know they acknowledged their mistake and were more than prepared to put it right. The people on the chat know their products and stock and certainly do give a 5 star outstanding service. Will def look to buy from these again 👍
