Absolutely Shocking Service

I ordered a £500 fridge from Renew 2U, with an eye-watering £100 delivery and collection fee. You’d think for that price, they’d offer flawless service. But instead, it was a complete mess from start to finish.

Communication? Nonexistent. I was left chasing them, with barely any updates on my order. For the price I was paying, I’d expect at least some kind of customer care—none. The lack of professionalism was astounding, and frankly, it made the whole process more frustrating than it ever needed to be. They refused to collect my old fridge because they said it had water in it (it did not). They also refused delivery unless I sign a waiver to say any damage they cause is my fault!! Unbelievable.

When you’re charging premium rates for delivery and collection, maybe try actually delivering decent service. I wouldn’t trust these guys with a paperclip, let alone a major appliance. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Disgusting

Very happy with my washing machine purchase. Had a small indent which is hardly visible but it showed a great cost saving.

Easy purchasing process and got a call with an update on timing for delivery.

Amazing worry free after sales experience

Highly recommended. Have bought twice from here on eBay. Used the guarantee service twice now. No fuss, no quibble understanding customer service. The most recent time they did it out of good will. Always very quick replacements. The people on the phone/chat know their products and stock and give you a solution right away.
I will always check here before purchasing anywhere else. I always recommend to friends and family looking for an appliance. It’s not often that you can do good for the planet, save money and get the best after sales care!
