It was incredibly easy to make a claim. Everything was clear and very user-friendly. The entire process was completely seamless and trouble-free. Honestly, it's the fastest service I've ever experienced.

I had made the rental booking with Booking.com and rentalcover was the insurance cover that was provided. Had no previous knowledge of the insurance company .
Did not know what to expect .As everything is done on line.
Submitted all the documentation on a Sunday and received notification on the following Wednesday my claim was approved . Money was transferred to my bank the following day .

Excellent guidance takes you through the claims process so you provide the right information and the right documents by attaching photos to your online claim form. Email confirmation of claim made was received quickly, followed by another email within two working days saying the claim had been accepted and showing the amount of the settlement. Once I entered my bank details the payment was received within 24 hours. Couldn’t fault the claims process. Recommended.

I had an accident a few weeks ago while using a rental car, and my experience with RentalCover.com was excellent. The rental company charged the damage amount to my card, and RentalCover refunded me the full amount without any issues.
The whole process was very smooth and straightforward, and the process took about three weeks ( a bit slow but still pretty fast for most of the companies ) and the reimbursement was made same day express . Communication was clear throughout, and everything worked exactly as expected.
Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again, again and again, it's the best and easiest company for private rental car insurance, cover absolutely everything

I have insured all my car rentals with rental cover since 2017. The last place I rented was bargain car rental, they charged me for something I truly believe I have not done. I received an email few days later from returning the car with photos of the front bumper bar with scratches. Rental cover process my claim quickly.

The claim process is very easy and they turn back very quick. Also I got my refund very quickly, with no extra questioning or extra document request.

I was initially very stressed after being charged for damage by the rental company following an accident where the third party was at fault. Communication with the rental company was very difficult and frustrating, and the process was unclear, so I was worried I might lose my money.

My only complaint is that the wording of some of the emails I received was occasionally confusing regarding what was covered and what was not.

Superb, submitted details about our slightly, scratched hire car, paid for the so called hire car damage, honestly , you could t-cut the scrape out! Rentalcover did exactly what I paid them for. I mean nobody wants to damage a hire car but this policy does exactly what it says, very very good will use again but hopefully wont have to claim….

Worst experience ever. 0 customer support, I lost my deposit money despite I never used their services. They just sent me an email to claim my money back and their reply is: we cannot refund you. Never again

The price was lower than full coverage, there was damage to the car, I requested reimbursement for the repair costs, it was easy to file the request, it was approved in less than 24 hours and the reimbursement arrived within a few days.

Taking out the insurance for car rental is easy and I have used in UK and Australia. Claim process is well organised and easy steps to follow to prepare the required docs and to submit a claim. I was amazed at how quickly the claim was assessed and gob-smacked at how quickly the agreed settlement was paid - about 4 hours for the whole process. Best insurance experience I have had!!
