REPLIT IS THE MOST THIRD CLASS, UNPROFESSIONL,UNETHICAL,ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE APP. THE AGENT TOOK MONEY FOR EACH AND EVERY QUESTION.IF YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT YET SOLVE STILL HUGE MONEY..HAVE PAID TOATL $300 SPEND 3 DAYS STILL MY APP IS NOT WOKRING..REALLY THIRD CLASS COMPANY..NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS / NO HELP DESK REPLY

The app used to be good and easy to use, now its filled with AI slop and you arent even able to easily code anymore. You have to navigate through multiple menus just to set up a file and the run button is nowhere to be found. Besides this Bounties have been either removed or just hidden like the other 100s of features that seem to be missing. Another app corrupted by AI this is disappointing and poor from an IDE that used to be really good.

to briefly sum it up. i just paid 40 cents to change the text in a hero.... absolutely ridiculous...

Also most of the usage you are getting billed for, is to correct the models own mistakes. it is really bad at what it is supposed to be doing.

I honestly want to like this company. I have tried, but they have poor customer service, and their tech is really bad. I temporarily upgraded to a team workspace, then they discontinued it and can't move me back to my personal workspace or reactivate my teams. They never communicated this before I activated or canceled this. They are saying I have to download, reupload, and then rebuild my database, which we know Replit's biggest weakness is its database ability, which is the worst I have ever seen. I had ot pay someone 5k to come in and fix the database, and they are asking me to do it all over again because of their inability to communicate or plan properly. Then the CEO goes online and talks about how they are doing billions in revenue, but this translates to not caring about it's customers. Use lovable not Replit

at first i thought it was great but it makes many errors, goes on tangents of making up its own changes for errors that does not exist and bill you along the way for its own mistake, absolute money bin

I just lost money with this AI. I lost about $1,500. The agent is programmed only to waste your time — it never gets the project working. It charges your card directly through Stripe, and when you contact support, there is no answer.

The service is good, the robot developed a website exactly as I wanted, but in the end I checked a few things, and I noticed that in addition to the subscription I was also paying for additional features. I think they should make that clearer somewhere. Luckily I noticed in time. I was disappointed because the website was really beautiful, but for the purpose I wanted for the website, it would be too expensive. I think the services are very pricey.

Total scam. Locked my account, continually charging me monthly fees, when I questioned it they say they can’t see any account charges. Still, money comes out every month. On top of that the simple app I asked for never got made.

Horrible. They jiat put 20$ package but basically useless tools that you can pretty much do with free veraions of different AI.

They charged 60$ so silly, so called usage. Then tried again. Not worth it. Customer support is useless.

Hosting was disabled without notice obviously due to a technical issue. Support denies any mistakes and any possibility of backups and just tell you "not our problem" - Not even a new subscription to regain access is possible, they basically blackmail you to regain data access although it is not EVEN POSSIBLE to subscribe again - since they have no control over their own billing system because it's full of technical issues. Stay far away.

The new Agent 4 mode has significantly increased costs and time, to build something of worse quality than the previous agent mode. All it takes is to have a look online to see what the issues are. I would avoid this app at ALL costs for the foreseeable future, until there is an apology and a return to the original platform. What used to take a maximum of 15 minutes, now takes at least 10 times longer for lower quality product.

The Ai made the game so much better! It was also easier to use then GDevelop! Awesome, Replit!

"Edit" : also after i have deleted my account they still charged me $$$$$$$$$$$$$ this is illegal what they have done " I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Replit and their customer support. Over the course of my project I’ve spent around **$500 per week**, yet when serious billing and service issues occurred, my concerns were repeatedly ignored.
The main problem is with the **agent freezing during tasks**. Jobs that should take around **10 seconds often get stuck**, and I end up being charged for **1–2 minutes of runtime** while the agent does nothing. This has happened **hundreds of times**, which has cost me a significant amount of money.
I reported these issues multiple times and provided clear evidence, but the response has been extremely disappointing. Support tickets are frequently marked as **“resolved” even though nothing was actually fixed**, and no one seriously addressed the billing problem or offered any refund or compensation.
For a service that is this expensive, I expected far better reliability and far better customer support. Instead, the experience has been repeated agent failures, wasted credits, and support that appears to close tickets without solving the problem.
After being ignored so many times, I’ve reached the point where I will **finish my remaining credits and close my account**. Based on my experience, Replit seriously needs to improve both **agent reliability and the way their customer service handles user complaints**.

Replit is a scam just trying to get money from you you pay the fee to join then still only have so many times to change what ever you are creating. The worst part is I ran it through another coding program that told me there is a block coded into project would I like it removed. So you would never be able to complete anything you create. SCAM ! And then if you cancel subscription it still try’s to take payments from your account and threatens you will lose all of what you have done unless resubscribing.

There's no support just some rude robot that cares nothing about your issues. You never get to speak to human at replit.com . When you are about to finish an app it will go into loop failing to fix a bug until all credit is gone. Then you start getting these ridiculously high usage bills and next thing you're suspended. If you ask for an explanation the usage goes even higher. I have had a payment made for usage for £50 and after 2 days was told the payment failed and my account got suspended. I contacted the AI and was told they would get back to me but 72hours with no response. If you want high BP use replit.com you will regret it. It's a big scam that app. When they are not making money they just create huge usage invoices and bill you.

Im not sure how positive I can be, at first it works well and building a nice app, then 60$ bills start coming every day as building the site. When its all done the agent still consumes cash without any work done. The site get unpublished without a warning for a Billing Issue. Some bills paid without any use of agent, I just paid the monthly subscription, used the agent for few small tasks for about 2$ all together, but by the next day all the 20$ from the monthly subscription are wasted by the agent somehow (background work) whatever this means, and my website is unpublished again, this happened around 4 times already in a month. So I paid about 1k by now and I get support which for now I cant find helpful enough. New month started, without using the agent for 1 week agent generated 50$ already, again I get billing issue error and my website is unpublished 2 days now (saturday and sunday, which are the most important days for web traffic). I am really discouraged and frustrated, with all the stress caused despite I have spend fortune, pay subscription and everything.....

My experience with Replit AI has been extremely frustrating and damaging to my business. What initially seemed like a promising development platform quickly turned into an expensive and unreliable service. The pricing model feels misleading because the AI often requires multiple repeated prompts just to complete simple tasks, and every prompt counts toward usage. This can quickly drive up costs and lead to a very high bill for work that should be simple. Recently, my app was suddenly taken down with no warning or clear explanation, which immediately disrupted my business operations.

Shortly after that, I started receiving thousands of emails in my Gmail inbox within minutes, completely overwhelming my email and making it difficult to communicate with clients for several days. Customer support has been almost non-existent. I reached out multiple times but received slow and vague responses that did not resolve the issue. Meanwhile, the platform still appears to be attempting to charge my account for activity connected to these problems. After transferring my business to this platform, the result has been downtime, billing confusion, and a lack of real support. I plan to report the issue and share my experience so other business owners are aware before relying on this platform.

Complete trash, they should be a class action lawsuit and set the government to jail their ass for all this theft and corruption stealing from small businesses.

Their AI SUX!!! Period. The "agents" do a lot of arm waving and do not follow instructions. You waste money trying to get the "agent" to fix up what it "effed up". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am having to try and migrate (redo) my entire site which I suspect will be mission impossible! STAY AWAY, PLEASE.
