I was disappointed that I would have to call daily for updates. I recommend getting am person's name for calling in so you don't have to start over every time!

Ok I got to say they were easy to work with and so far I believe is a good move for me

Staff was friendly for the most part. I did however end up getting grumpy due to having to speak to so many different representatives. I got many different answers every time.

It was a great experience except you need a dedicated person for each client. I had at least 10 phone calls about my loan. I tried to be patient but they really need to check the computer before reaching out so many times. The staff I spoke with was fantastic

I found you through a pre-approved Credit Karma loan offer. By the time I went through the process the interest rate doubled and so did the monthly payment. This feels extremely predatory, because by the time I realized that the loan didn’t match up with the offer you had already hard pulled my credit. So I was stuck taking the offer. That’s really annoying. If you can’t honor the pre approved offer from a partner, don’t offer it. This is the second time Credit Karma has made me “offers” through a “partner”, and I’m over it. I will never use Credit Karma, or their partners again. Thanks for funding me, but I feel burned and as soon as I can pay this loan or move this balance, I will.
