Everyone was courteous and polite and answered all my inquiries regarding my loan. Even though my credit score was a little low Reprise approved my loan with an adequate interest rate.

This company is very misleading they went from 35k to 10k even using a 2019 dodge grandcaravan as collateral and they say no vehicle over 20 years old but would not let me add my Honda crv that was under the 20 year mark. All great running vehicles

Update to a previous review
This review is an update to a previous one I posted. I applied for a debt consolidation loan on August 26, 2026. Over the next three (3) days I uploaded all the documentation required for Reprise's review. On September 3, 2026 I checked the account I set up on line to see any updates. The amount of loan was reduced but that was OK with me and there was a notation "We have what we need and will reach out to you with updates soon". Since that date I have rec'd a robocall from someone named Valerie every day asking me to call to the complete the loan process. After receiving 5 more calls I figured I guess I better call to get an update. I spoke to Lorenzo who advised they were waiting for documents from me, i.e. bank statements. I advised that I had already uploaded my bank statements but I would do it again. He put me on hold and then came back to apologize but he noted the bank statements had been received. He advised I would be contacted via email and/or telephone once the loan had been reviewed by the underwriters. I have continued to receive the robocalls from Valerie every day since and I just ignored them. It is now September 17, 2026 and I have never received any email or telephone call to advise on the status of my loan request. Thus, I can only give Reprise one (1) star because I have nothing to base a better review on.
