Everyone was courteous and polite and answered all my inquiries regarding my loan. Even though my credit score was a little low Reprise approved my loan with an adequate interest rate.

Was not a smooth process
Was not a smooth process. I applied online, provided all documents requested, and it said all was received. A call to me on Saturday, outsourced not US, the rep said nothing had been received and wanted it sent again. Sent it again along with documents not even requested at first. Found online that my original documents had actually been received. Another call which I ignored on SUNDAY. Then another call Monday to finish the loan even though it said online the documents would be emailed to me to sign. Same day as money hit my bank, an email came to me saying I was denied the loan. I wasn’t, papers signed and money already received. Do you actually know what you are doing there?? Really won’t use this company again.

Brenda - thank you for your feedback. You initially applied via Experian 9/8 and did a hard credit inquiry on the 10th. We did not receive any documents (for example driver’s license or pay stub) until we called you on the 12th. We request the same documents each time you log in, so there were not additional documents requested.
The call on Sunday was to ask you to sign the contract. The call on Monday was also to ask you to sign.
The decline e-mail was unrelated to this application. You previously did an inquiry via Engine by Moneylion. We are required by Federal law to send a notice of adverse when a previous inquiry/application expires. After reading their website I thought they were different than other companies. So I just checked my offers and I was wrong they're just like everybody else and they can't help me. I am working on rebuilding credit but no one wants to give me a personal loan but yet I have gotten 2 vehicles financed through a dealership.

The Business of 2nd Chances
The process from beginning to end was very easy. My credit is not perfect so I was glad that Reprise gave me a chance at rebuilding my credit! The CSRs that I dealt with were patient with any questions or doubts I had. Im grateful!

I first gotten a quote of 17percent they they kept switching me to different people then they jack up the percent to 28 percent. This isn't what a honest company does. Down right dirty. Then I spent 4 hour one day for the loan. I was so wore out in getting a loan with this company. Dirty practicing.

The process was easy
The process was easy, but the initial offer was not what I anticipated. I applied for an higher loan amount and was only able to get 1/2. I’m still grateful because it helps with the overhead monthly obligations due to high interest credit cards but the higher loan request would’ve made a significant difference for me consolidating to one payment.
