I’m always changing me order as it depends on what my bearded dragon is fancying day to day on what I get through the most and never had any problems only wish it was a little easier to edit my order that can be a little long winded be nice if the supplier had there own app

I was a bit disappointed with the mealworms. There were plenty there but they looked very thin and devoured a lot of food quickly. I ordered mini mealworms for baby wrens but these were larger than the ones I used to buy from live foods 4 u. They are great for someone feeding reptiles but not for tiny birds, quick delivery if you want large worms.

Have ordered large orders quite a lot of times now and each time my orders have had substantial amount of dead bugs in with the live and clearly they are older batches because they are not lasting long either I think out of all the orders I have placed I’ve only had one good batch that have lasted well. My previous order to this one that arrived yesterday was for 500 bulk crickets there was a huge amount dead on arrival and they were dying so quickly and the smell was horrible I know crickets smell but not like these did . Will have to take my business elsewhere if this can’t be rectified as it’s a lot of money going to waste each time, the boxes I have had to buy in between from local pet shop have outlasted these ones I have purchased from yourselves

Very efficient in their timing as advertised on the website. The crickets were in great condition. The flies look good not many in the culture at present, unfortunately the box had been upside down etc and when I opened it the culture had started coming out of the lid of the fruit fly culture pot. now the culture is all mixed in with the wood media. This is not due to the reptiles company but the delivery. Thank you

I had been ordering my lizards locust from here on subscription from Amazon and they have always come in perfect condition.
Due to rehoming a few new reptiles I needed more bugs and a different variety so decided to check out these people and I decided to subscribe to them directly because A: it is a little bit cheaper, B: the variety of bugs is great for my variety of reptiles and C: their customer service is brilliant, I made a mistake as a beginner and thought my bugs were dead, they emailed me back straight away and explained that my bugs were just hibernating due to the weather as they were left outside in the cold.

When i ordered the crickets for my beareded dragon after24hours most of them was dead would it be possible to get a refund for what i paid for please i will not be ordering from u again

First time ordering from this company, but certainly not the last. Have ordered live insects from a couple of companies before, but most have arrived dead. Not so with this company, which my baby beardie is very grateful for!
