Delivered late and to the incorrect address and by the time I found the package all the live food was dead.
Was offered a free replacement but the shipping is 2x the value so didn’t bother and found an alternative

According to the tracking information, the parcel was marked as delivered by the courier. As outlined in our delivery terms, if a parcel is left in a safe place (either by default or via customer instruction), we’re unfortunately unable to accept liability for any loss, theft, or issues that occur after delivery.
In this case, we understand that the parcel was not left exactly where you had intended, which is understandably frustrating. However, as the delivery was completed and the safe place option was used.
