We're sorry about the bad experience you had while you were our customer. We wish things have gone differently.
However, given how things unfolded, we stand behind the decision to suspend your account without a refund.
As it was already explained to you:
- ClientExcec licenses are issued per host, not per installation. You don't need a new license for a new installation if it's on the same host;
- ClientExcec can be installed with a click from the Softaculous installer. You can install it in any folder you want;
Software installation is not part of the usual support services we offer. We went out and installed it for you as a courtesy.
Your attitude towards our support team from that moment on was clearly abusive. There is not a business on earth that will offer you better service when you start cursing out their employees.
As we care about our employees, your account was suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service, to which you agreed when you became our customer.
Your subsequent behavior, calling us "garbage" and calling us liars when we have never lied about a single thing, clearly demonstrates that we have made the right decision for our business.
We wish you all the best with any other hosting provider you choose.

Very bad and really rude customer…
Very bad and really rude customer service I have ever talked with.
I have subscribed for 30 days free trial but soon after realizing they are not expert and just a reseller, I requested to cancel my account and issue a full refund, but unfortunately my money has not refunded after many months.
When I called them and asked them to explain they started swearing me!
I just cannot believe …

Regarding the Free Trial service - we do not require any payment information for free trial accounts. Hence, we do not charge customers if they do not wish to keep using our service beyond the free trial period.
As for your statement that we are just a reseller. ResellersPanel offers a free reseller hosting platform which has been in-house developed by ourselves. Hence, we are not reselling third-party products under that program.
