Although the Roland Mouret dress I bought was genuine and had tags on, it was clearly worn more than a couple of times as it had a lot of material pilling all over,both outside and on the inner back. Also, on the material on one side of the chest there was a slight tear. I decided not to return it because it is a beautiful design and I tried to remedy the faults with my dressmaker.
But unfortunately I won’t buy from them again, although their delivery service is one of the best.

The package arrived in good status. The shoes are exactly what I can expect. Coltorti kept informing me about the status of delivery. The shoes arrived in my country on time.
Just the process of the customs took some time. The package arrived in my house after a week since the order made. Be aware that apart from the price of the shoes, although no tax needed to be paid, I needed to pay the service charge for the customs clearance. In my case, it costs me US $37.05. It’s logical that we need to pay this amount when we buy something outside the country, so it’s ok for me. As I bought the shoes with discount, now add the service charge, the final price is nearly the same if I bought the shoes directly from the brand.

Issue resolved with faulty product
I purchased a handbag from this website. It arrived very quickly and the bag was absolutely lovely. However, the front panel of the bag had visible puncture marks, where it looked like stitching had been done, unravelled, and re-stitched. These issues happen and although it’s not a huge issue, it’s not the perfect quality which you pay for in an expensive product. In the end, I was offered a refund by the team at Coltorti, which was appreciated.
