I'm not even a paying user of their platform and they gave live on-demand support with an actual person. This is unheard of in tech. I literally have only a few bots following me - these guys are serious about their company. BIG credibility boost. (btw they were helping set up a DIFFERENT company's service)

If I ever have an issue, help is just a click away! Even while I am in the middle of a livestream! How awesome is that! Customer service is BEYOND AMAZING! They are quick to respond and are willing to help you every step of the way so you can rest assured that your livestream will go on! Honestly, this review is not because Restream sucks as software. I really enjoy using it. Helpdesk is also very quick with responding.
The reason for the one star is because I addressed a problem for MONTHS now: Short subtitles are not working properly and make your shorts look like you are unprofessional because they won't align properly.
This sounds like an easy problem to fix, yet they fail to do this. If I knew a competitor that did the same things I would leave Restream just because this one problem for sure.
One star review in the hope this gets attention. I will delete it when it get fixed.

I've been using Restream for many years. Every issue (there have been very few) has been promptly addressed by a cordial and interested human through their convenient chat function, including those that require elevation (two, across tens of thousands of hours of streaming). If the outage lasts any length of time (the longest I've experienced has been about a day), its resolution will be explained if it was on their end and accompanied by some kind of generous offer.

I purchased a year subscription to Restream in July 2025! In October, the product STOPPED WORKING! When I tried to resolve this issue, restream treated me as if it was MY COMPUTER that was the issue! Even when I logged on to restream on my laptop, it had the same issues. I told them that and they continued to blame me and my internet connection! They refused to give me my money back!
I would NOT reccomend this product to ANYONE! The customer service is extremely BAD and they will make you feel like the idiot when its their product that is faulty!
