Most of my experience looked like a good match for the job description. but the interview felt a little unfair to me. The recruiter did not ask real technical questions. and after the call, I got an automatic no, no one told me why. I tried to email and message the recruiter and the CTO on LinkedIn to ask for a reason. but nobody wrote back. The whole thing felt unclear, and like they did not respect my time

I pivoted quickly to this site after finding out that I needed other steps to do a LIVE on IG (although the last live I did on my phone didn't require all these extra steps).
Dove in quickly, then reached out to HELP for finding my video, saving it, and more. They even provided extra tips to make it much easier.
I was impressed on how "simple" and user-friendly it was. 3-2-1 dive in... the HELP desk was quick and solved my issues quickly/masterfully.

The service is fine when it works, but as others have mentioned, their customer service is terrible. Their knee jerk response is to blame the customer for everything. We were able to prove multiple dropouts from the server and the customer service agent became defensive. They have a major hangup about admitting fault and will go to ridiculous lengths to do it.
You can also see this in their responses to reviews - note use of soft language such as "We are sorry you FEEL..." "We can UNDERSTAND how that MIGHT be FRUSTRATING..." All very careful language designed to deflect blame with a patronizing tone.
They do this with large broadcast entities, too. The company seems to be staffed by 22 year olds whose parents never told them no, as they cannot handle being corrected. They then try and use "handling" techniques. If you tell them that it isn't up for discussion they will send emails at all hours of the night arguing hoping you will just give up. This is a technique and is taught.
My advice: don't give these kids what they want. Push the issue, it is the only way they'll learn. Notice how all the responses are patronizing - they are counting on you to get angry so they can more easily point the finger at you.
I am sure they will put a similar soft patronizing response to this review - they don't ever read what is said as they are too busy arguing that they are right when they aren't. :-)
Eventually there will be a competitive service to Restream. When that happens, Restream will either have to adapt or they will go out of business.
(I am sure that Restream will say "We don't have a customer with that name..." - using a friend's FB account as I don't use social media and they are fine with it.)
