Do NOT order from this website under any circumstances.

I ordered 2 stools in May and still have not received them (1st November), with only a garbled email at the beginning of August "concerning the legality of selling design reproductions in the United Kingdom". I requested a full refund at the end of August and received no contact from them. Their website shows my order still being processed, with another new ETA of 15 January 2017.

Do not buy from RetroFurnish

In May or June 2016 i ordered 2x cushions and a coffe table which was advertised as in stock.
I did not receive the cushions until a few weeks ago. I am still waiting for the coffee table. I have sent numerous emails asking for the date if delivery for the table. I received the standard response. I just looked at my account and see delivery date is now between Dec -Jan! Do not try to ring or use live chat - a waste of time. They even had the cheek to say i have to pay cancellation charges. My Credit Card company are now investigating this matter in my behalf.

This is a scam! DO NOT BUY!!!

We ordered a lamp from Retrofurnish.co.uk and we never received it or any information from the company. This was so bad that I proceeded to report them to the police (and I urge you to do the same so they can try close down the website actionfraud.police.uk).

I eventually got my money back via my bank (even if Debit card you can get money back within 90 days).

Low Quality

The products look good , but are not what they measure up to.
The marble on the snoopy lamp is cast of something, not marble.
The Serge Mouille lamps metal base doesn't stand up.
The sales reps never call back, so cant exchange items, not worth it, find another reproduction company

Very scam company stay away from this site!!

Ordered a lamp in april, send email after 2 months waiting, they send email back that it takes a bit longer during problems. Never get a reaction back when i send emails again. 1 phone number on the site i get another company in medical stuff....??!! Totally a scam i don't understand that nobody shut their social media accounts and website....!!!

paid - but never recived

We ordert in Mai 2016 6 chairs. We paid - and we never revived the chairs. Nor any answer to our phonecalls or mails (or should I say, that an automatic answer came back?!).
I tried to write a comment on their facebook side - it was not possible.
But how it's possible, that this shop is still existent?!
Can't believe that so many people make the same experience like us - and the company is still going on, selling furniture without sending the product to the ones who paid it.

Oplichting/Swindle

in maart 6 stoelen besteld, zijn er 6 maanden later nog steeds niet, nemen de telefoon intussen niet meer op, antwoorden al lang niet meer op onze mails. Dit is gewoon bedrog. Bestel nooit op deze site!

In March we ordered 6 chairs, 6 months later they are still not delivered. They don't answer the phone anymore, don't answer our mails...
Never order anything on this site, it's a scam!

scam beware

I would of rated zero if option was given. I ordered a coffee table in January and have still not received my purchase. Communications with retrofurnish have been very poor. On the phone I always get voice mail and emails take a long time for a response. I have been told three times over the 9 months that I will receive my oder soon, that there is a delay due to shipping or legalities. After sending a request for a full refund I have had no further replies. During this period retrofurnish has continued to advertise( as available) and sale the same coffee table that they have failed to deliver to me.

Terrible scam company

This company is fraudulently taking money and not delivering to customers. We ordered 6 stools in March and have received 1. They do not reply to emails, calls, Twitter or live chat they are a scam company. Do not buy from them.

Nothing since ordering in April.

We've ordered from them before and received chairs (to Germany) last year. So thought I could trust them again.
The same as the other reviewers, I had emails from 'Joyce' and 'David' saying there was a delay in shipping and they would also arrange that the delivery didn't arrive while I was on holiday - and that's the last I heard.
96€ down the drain.
Don't order from them!

Fraud!

Do you remember a time when you needed a bit of courage to shop over the internet because there was always that fear that you were handing over your details to some bucket-shop? Thankfully those days have gone.....oh wait. Unfortunately, for the first time in circa 10 years of internet shopping, I've been had by a flash website and a supposed great deal. I ordered a coffee table in march and my most recent foray into the tracking portal now lists the delivery date as October. No response to emails, the phone is permanently on voicemail and no one has ever called back. All in all a poor service (if there was ever a service at all).

Do not place an order!

Do not buy anything from this company! I have placed an order, paid and received an order confirmation. Therefter it is dead silent. I have asked several times about expected delivery date, but no answer through mail and no one answering the phone. Really bad.
