Driver was supposed to come around 17h

Driver was supposed to come around 17h. Around that time, I saw the driver was close to where I live. But all of a sudden, the scheduled delivery time is updated to 24h and gone all the way up. It ended up coming at 23h which I was not able to receive. The note was left with QR code but once I checked, it says the package has been already delivered. I tried to reach out to the customer service over the phone many times but didn't get through. I called the original shop where I bought stuff and canceled the order. That's a pity that they lost their business because of you.

Unpunctual delivery

Friendly delivery man BUT scheduled time was on Saturday between 12 and 5 pm. Received an SMS that the delivery was scheduled at approx. 2 pm and it was delivered at 6 pm. All-in-all, if you use Reviva make sure you have a day to spend waiting for them.

Bad communication

Twice I was at home at the time of delivery. Twice I got a message the delivery could not take place because I wasn't home. So untrue. Such a bad service.

Their FAQ say they contact the client before delivery for a good customer experience. Nope. Didn't receive a call.

I cancelled my order because of this.

No tracking code was available and not called when it was dropped by our door. Frozen products were melted, not eatable anymore.

Even though the service isn't cheap

Even though the service isn't cheap, they leave fresh food (fish, meat) at the bottom of the stairs, without bringing it to the door like for example the supermarkets do.
