Hi,
Great service but usually the delivery person do not speak english and requires us to go down to pick up the parcel.
That sometimes makes it challegning for us when we're having work meetings at home.

Could you design the link one click then I can access my package information instead I need to enter Ordernr? Plus the Ordernr is long (more than 5 digits not to mention including ’/‘)

Again bad experience with Reviva
Order deliver scheduled for Monday evening -> receiving at 2200 message sorry we did not make it redelivery tomorrow
Today-> suddenly received message we missed you but the driver never rang the bell. Calling Reviva for correction and call the driver to return( and actually deliver) -> Reviva cannot do that ( strange they cannot contact their drivers is what I have been told)
So now I need to organize again being at home for the 3rd day
And this is NOT the first time I have this with Reviva delivery

1 bottle was broken and the courier did not speak dutch and small english, he was friendly, he was fresh in his task and learning so it seemed.
Great delivery service - on time, called before to check if we were home, arrived a few minutes later. We can recommend the service!
The driver/deliverer was very kind, ready for any service, even carrying heavy boxes indoors. A bottle appeared to be broken, but he solved the problem neatly and cleanly,

The worst delivery service ever! Came earlier than supposed to.
I paid extra for the evening delivery, wanted to make sure I was able to be home to receive the heavy order, but it arrived earlier to my neighbour.
Also the box was open!
Their customer service is absolutely useless and doesn't care about your situation.
Try to avoid them.
Perfect service. The cardriver even phoned that he will arrive in 30 min!

Help materialized after phonecall in sending a new modem after checking system at KPN. Reviva kept me posted about forwarding times up to 10 mn before arrival,SUPER EFFICIENT. Item delivered by friendly driver.Keep it up!!
