Because I was expecting the package at the time they have planned, I wasn't at home. But the delivery man called me and ask me if it can be delivered at my work. And was no problem. Nice service

Extremely unprofessional company
Extremely unprofessional company. The driver that was supposed to deliver my phone on two separate occassions did not show up during the agreed timeframe and claimed I was not at home. The weird thing is that he did that early in the morning while we agreed upon delivery between 17:00-21:00. Had to wait almost 2 hrs on the phone to speak to customer service. Couldnt give me any guarentees. Just a third appointment 5 days later. Hopefully, the driver will bother to show up this time.

Good communication and good will
Due to a misscommunication from my side the delivery almost got cancelled. Whils talking on thye phone the driver mentioned just to take the ride up to me anyway to double check. So thanks to his good will and time the package got delivered anyway!
