We recently bought a property through Natalie from Richard James and have been extremely impressed by the service she provided throughout the whole process. Natalie was always easy to contact, delivered on her promises, was highly reliable and extremely driven to ensure any obstacle in the process would be overcome. She was the fundamental element in driving our purchase through to exchange and genuinely went above and beyond the call of duty time and time again. We have no doubt the purchase on our house could not have occurred without her!

Natalie was the agent involved in the sale of the house I purchased. She was wonderful to deal with, always available, highly efficient and totally approachable. Her work didn't end when we completed, but she also organised cleaning, decorating and other services for us after we moved in. I highly recommend her.
