Great personal service from Beth
I recently purchased my Skoda Fabia from Richmond Motor Group Bognor Regis, and I couldn’t be happier. Beth was amazing—patient, professional, and never pushy. She walked me through every detail and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The entire process, from test drive to financing, was smooth and transparent. The whole experience was easy
The whole experience was easy, everything was explained clearly, all the options were explained clearly, no pressure was put upon us to take up the extra's.
The maintenance package was explained clearly and due to this we signed up to.

Superb sales team!
Aiden made our transaction quick, easy, and reliable! He walked me through all the details I needed to prepare, which was a huge help as a first-time buyer from a dealer. The whole process was smooth from start to finish — they even picked us up from the train station and brought us to the garage. Excellent service all around!

Great Place to Buy a Car
I bought my Skoda Fabia here in September and I can’t recommend them enough! The whole team was brilliant, and all the paperwork was sorted quickly and professionally. A huge thanks to Bethany Louis, who looked after me the whole way—she was friendly, approachable, and super efficient. Everything, from emails to in-person documents, was completely hassle-free. Excellent service. I bought a new car with no pressure at all. The sales person, Beth Louis, was very attentive and knowledgeable. She was incredibly helpful on the test drives. The other staff at the Bognor branch were also helpful when I had further questions. I would definitely recommend MG Richmond (Bognor).
