I recently got a new Jetson Horizon X kids dirt bike. It was working great, my kid loved it. However, it had an issue with the front wheel, which was making noise. I contacted the support team and Marvin Seva patiently helped by guiding me with the troubleshooting steps. Since the issue persist he assisted getting a replacement shipped to us. Great product and awesome customer service!

Marvin Seva was Great! We hadn't registered the e-bike. Bought off amazon for Christmas 2024, the metal bar snapped when my son was braking April 2025. Body is covered from 1 year, so Marvin helped me register it with the serial number, I provided the amazon receipt, and the process was seamless. Thank you!

I reached out to customer service because my daughter's hoverboard was not charging, and the rep went above and beyond to help me. He provided excellent care. I was provided a replacement, and now my daughter will be able to ride her hoverboard again.

Let me start by saying, I’ve never been so happy with customer support as much as I have today. Rose Irea, was so incredibly helpful and understanding with our broken item, my son was so disappointed when it had broke, but today I got to tell him he will be having a replacement and his eyes lite up with excitement thank so much for your hard work and making my sons day !

I bought a Jetson mini bike and the back tire went flat in couple days sent several emails about it and they didn't have a replacement tire but they replaced the bike. Made my daughter very happy. Jason Seva helped out alot. Thank you so much.

I contacted Jetson to fulfill a warranty on a bike and I am truly impressed with the customer service process. I initially thought the process would be tedious online; however, working with Marvin Seva he made the process easy and straight to the point. Even though I had to file a warranty, I definitely feel confident in purchasing from Jetson in the future. Great customer service experience.

Bought the bike for my son for his birthday. Back tire went flat after a week. Worked with Melvin and Raniel and they fixed everything. We were a bit disappointed that the bike did originally work out but Melvin and Raniel fixed everything. Thankful for them and the excellent customer service they provided.

Prior to connecting/resolving today, I attempted to connect with someone several times via the only means I could - chat - and the chat wasn't answered. It was a weekend which states is covered time to reach out - that was frustrating.
