I bought 2 Jetson bikes for my 11 and 12 year old. We were having issues with the tires popping easily. We reached out to customer service. Raniel Binondo was the one that helped me. He truly was amazing. He responded to my emails in a timely manner and made sure I was able to get my kid back on his bike quickly. His customer service was truly the best I’ve gotten there.

Had a hoverboard for 3 months before it stopped charging and wouldn’t recalibrate. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement, not questions asked. I am very pleased with the customer service. I hope this new hoverboard will last longer.

We have purchased (2) Jetson Hoverboards and (1) electric SnowJoe... their products are reliable and affordable. Recently, we had to replace (1) hoverboard and the customer support team was extremely supportive and communicative in finding a resolution.

We purchased Jetson E bike, unfortunately the bike had a manufactured problem. Prior to the issue the bike was working great. Well we called customer service and spoke to Raniel and took care of us professionally and promptly. With proper documents Raniel sent us a new E bike free of charge under the factory warranty also with a upgrade! Thank you again Raniel!

My Jetson hoverboard started experiencing vibrations within the first few months of purchase. I reported this back to Jetson customer support and got a response back from Rose Irea, who helped me through the process of collecting information about the issue, proof of purchase etc. After reviewing the information, Rose Irea reached out stating that they will sending a replacement hoverboard and even asked for my color preference. The customer service was prompt and great. I would not hesitate to buy products from Jetson again.

I got help from Christina when I emailed about my son’s jetson that was having issues under warranty. After a few quick emails the problem was taken care of and a replacement was mailed to us. Very smooth process.

Amazing e-bikes and products, but most AMAZING is the customer support system and warranty they have for their clients! I’m glad I purchased my e-bike through them. I got my issue resolved in a timely manner and Raniel from Customer Service was extremely professional and helpful with my issue. I TOTALLY recommend JETSON!!!! Thanks again!!!!
