Profoundly disappointed with the service.** Staff were aggressively hostile: shouting over customers, denying us basic courtesy, and failing to resolve issues. We endured a **3-hour wait in 38°C temperatures with heavy baggage** without assistance or apology. Ultimately left to arrange (and pay for) independent transport. Strongly advise others to reconsider."

Basically, we could not get the car because they told us that they stopped operating in Athens. I did the reservation 1 month in advance and received zero emails about it. I am happy now as I read the reviews and looks like an awful company.

not even worth one star. This company is one of the worst I have ever had dealings with in 35 years of coming to Crete. This soured our last day and we had to leave to catch a flight. We ensured the car was clean full of fuel, and no damage that we could see. On return to their office, a woman checked the car over 3 times before pouncing on a small chip to the windscreen. When we picked the car up there was a hard sell to take out their insurance at an additional cost more than the rental. There was a disagreement at the time of return when we disputed the tiny chip however on our return to the UK we have been charged over £500 for this. The staff are rude and not customer friendly. We have not received a proper invoice for this cost and I will be following this up with the address I have in the UK. It is absolutely a rip off to charge that amount for a chip that we unfortunately did not see or was it pointed out to us., but of course its written in the contract which was supplied after we took the car. We booked this through Easyjet and so had no choice of who we were going to be using. Renter beware.....

Scam horrible rent car services charge us for invisible damage 400 euro!!!! Not propositional that cannot been seen before, because his so tiny that I didn’t even take a pic of that just things that I canot see , please run away even if order better u pay the penalty and choose a trusted company . They will find something be shore all the people who been at the office while we waiting get penalty for something they found

I am somewhat astounded by your reply to my email.
Firstly, you cannot claim that my version misrepresents what actually happened as you yourself were not present and therefore you are basing your judgment on what you have been told from the agency. I fully understand that you must stay loyal to your employees but unless you have video proof of the incident it is their word against mine.
I insist that the car was in perfect condition when it was returned to your agency. I had thoroughly washed it inside and out the evening before and would have noticed if there were any scratches or tar marks on it. Where on earth did the idea of the tar marks come from??? Was this your invention or something that was imagined by the agency once I had left the country??? There was absolutely no mention of any tar at any moment throughout the incident or during the police intervention! As you will see below on the invoice that I was given, there is a mention of a so-called scratch under the door panel but no mention of tar being present!!!
When I brought the car back I was asked to go into the agency and sort out the paperwork whilst a member of staff did the observation of the vehicle. In other words, I was not present and could not see what he was doing when examining the car. To my great surprise, I was told that there was a scratch under the door. (but no mention of any tar!) I was in total disagreement with the observations made by the agency making this claim and decided to call the police.
The two police agents arrived and one of them greeted the two members of staff & stayed in the office chatting to them (he obviously knew them). The other police officer checked the car with me and witnessed the fact that the paint just peeled away when I gently rubbed it with my finger.
For your information two staff members, two police officers and myself makes five people in total (and not seven as you claim!) Since dealing with your agency we have read a great deal of feedback from other clients with similar experiences including one just a week before us. He too observed that the paintwork of the car was obviously masked and he, in turn, was accused of scratching the paintwork.
All that you are “making clear” in your email is that you are dishonest and unprofessional in your approach towards your clients. You certainly do not have to “invite” us to refrain from renting with you in the future! We have absolutely no attention of doing so and we will do our upmost to warn friends, family and social media of your lack of professionalism and integrity.
No communication & no deposit refund
I had a very frustrating experience with Right Cars in Antalya. After returning the car in good condition and on time, I’ve been waiting for weeks to receive my deposit refund (RC2089365IW). Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I haven’t received a single response. The phone number provided either goes unanswered or is out of service.
A company’s professionalism is reflected not only in the rental process but also in how they handle post-rental matters. Unfortunately, Right Cars has completely failed in this regard. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when renting from this company, especially if you’re relying on getting your deposit back promptly.
Avoid them
Totally trouble, they didn't send car to the airport till we found a local person to contact them, after arriving to their office at midnight they told us that they will take deposit not hold it and when I complained, they said you can cancel it, at the mid night middle of nowhere.
When I got into the car I found the fuel guage is near red zone but they said you can return with same amount, you imagine at midnight in new country you need to go to the petrol station first.
more than 3 weeks after returning the car and trying to contact them in different ways but no response, today I claimed via my credit card.

The company were great . We waited 10 minutes at the airport , transfer to their office was quick and collecting the car was simple . Paperwork was explained and easy to complete . Our car was modern and clean and drove really well all week. The price was amazing for the week . Would definitely recommend

Avoid avoid avoid
Avoid at all costs charged extra for a deposit and stated it was just a secure payment and would be returned straight away. Payment was taken out of my account an 3 months later still waiting refund. Called numerous times now they ignore emails and calls

Hired a car that was supposed to be at the airport on arrival - IT WASN'T!!
Eventually got picked up and taken to the office. Had to pay a £790 deposit for an already dented car. Returned the car with no more damage at all which was agreed by the staff. They will not give my deposit back and are ignoring my requests. I contacted my card provider who have returned it. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!
