Great looking watch. Customer service was responsive. The price and value are really hard to beat. If I had to nitpick anything, the second hand is slightly off center when it isn't in use. You'd really have to look close to notice.

The Riley Watch Company makes other microbrand watch companies look bad. The prices are reasonable even before the frequent sales and discounts. The watches are unique and well made. Some are quartz, some are automatic. The company occasionally offers new products, and does a good job keeping inventory in stock. Sam, the owner, always responds to emails. Fast shipping. No complaints.

I bought the Amelia Earhart, only to get lost in the mail. The Riley team was quick to refund my money. They didn’t have another one to replace the lost watch with. So I ended up with nothing.
I’ll give thumbs up to customer service
And thumbs down to the postal service.
Reilly might want to use FedEx, UPS or DHL. I wouldn’t count on the USPS on a $50.00 or more item.

Some of the hour markers appear to have some kind of residue on them. Like water scale or something. I plan to get it open and try to clean the dial myself.

The watch is lovely otherwise, but this is a pretty sad condition to send a watch out in.

Watch is awesome, I have a big wrist but nothing crazy and it’s a touch too tight, needs to be shipped with an extra link

I really like the watch, the face is just the right size for my taste.
The strap is very nice but is only just long enough and I wouldn’t say I have particularly thick wrists.
I’ve received several compliments since I started wearing.
