Life-saving product for super-sensitive, extra dry, mature skin.

Currently, the opt in/ opt out, subscription offers and the working discount codes, for this site, make items more affordable, consequently, this site has become one of my favourite sites to buy from 😊 I really hope these offers continue.

I have ordered twice from this site and on both occasions, my items arrived pleasingly, quickly and as requested.

I love, love love, the Rio Rosa Oil - a life saving product for people like me, who have to endure, super- sensitive, extra dry, extra sensitive, mature, facial skin. The only downside is that this oil stains clothing / bedding, if it comes in to contact with it.

Please! Please! Please! do not change or update the ingredients/ formula, EVER !

Poor customer service

Replaced an order and received the item and the inner seal was broken.
I’ve sent them a picture of the faulty bottle and 24 hours later still not had any confirmation of what they plan to do about it

Telephoned to chase and the lady answered the call very unprofessionally and was clueless about the state of my enquiry.

Very poor customer service… will defiantly not be ordering from here again!

Update July 26 - almost several months later, after trying to deflect the issue, they now want me to contact directly and provide evidence… brilliant service!!!
