Really great product — I highly recommend it.
The materials are high quality and the fit is excellent. It offers very good protection for snowboard falls.

I also had to contact customer support because I ordered the wrong size, and they were more than helpful. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

I ordered 2 large pairs of impact shorts, and they were a little big so I contacted Ripple to see if they could expedite me another 2 pairs as I am leaving for Japan in 10 days.
Customer service was more than helpful and sent me 2 Medium pairs immediately, impeccable customer service.
So grateful.

And when I've been mistaken with the Sizes, they just sent me 2 new pairs with no requirement to refund what I have. No questions asked.

The quality is unreal & this winter riding is a doddle wearing these jeans.

A) I ordered the 1) Impact short and 2)Rider Ear Plugs but only received the Ear Plugs but not the Impact Short ..
But After I informed Customer Support, Mr Harry took steps to send me the missing/replacement Impact Short promptly.. Appreciate and Thank you for your quick response without any question being asked..

B) Rippl sizing is generally larger than the size guides.

This is the first time I have used Rippl and I would highly recommend them! The impact shorts appear to be very well made (although we’ve not managed to test them out yet) and they look as though they’ll give a good level of protection. I also contacted their support team as I wanted to exchange one pair for a smaller size and their customer service was outstanding. Delivery was also very quick and the products were well packaged. I will definitely use Rippl again in future.

Minor issue with Rippl Tailback bag when received. Customer support was very responsive. Good communication with Harry who quickly sorted the matter. Thx.👍

This company is quick and accurate. They took action on my order straight away and sent it to Australia in no time. The products are exactly as described online, and their customer service is really fast.
I needed to exchange an item (I got the wrong size), and Brian was a legend and helped without hesitation.
He knows I'm going overseas soon and made sure I got my item before my departure.

Ordered 2 impact shorts. Sent one the wrong size. Contacted Rippl Customer Service and Harry was very responsive and helpful, sending the correct size shorts and a shipping label to return the pair that was the wrong size. Overall, very good experience with Rippl Customer Service.

I’ve had my Pure Grit 2.0 jeans for a few weeks now. Most comfortable riding pants I have ever worn. Love the stretchy fabric. Fits over my riding boots easily. Even though the Level 2 armor fits well, sits well, and is comfortable…. I swapped them out for Ghost Armor. Delivery from the UK to the USA was very reasonable, about two weeks.

I ordered a pair of motorcycle riding jeans and received them. They were too big and did not fit. I spoke to Harry and he took care of it right away. Love my jeans! Rippl rocks!!!

I ordered my husband a pair of the impact shorts and unfortunately they were a bit big - slid around in the leg area. I reached out to the company and Brian responded very quickly with a solution. He sent us out the next size down immediately. We received them with no issue, super fast and they are a perfect fit. I would recommend sizing down - for reference my husband is typically a 33-34 waist in pants and the mediums were too big. Amazing customer service! I will update my review once my husband has tried them out this week to comment on performance but they seem great.

I ordered a pair of padded impact shorts for better protection while skiing in the terrain park, but I accidentally ordered a 4XL. I was unable to cancel The order so I reached out to customer support and Harry was able to fix the issue and change the size to a medium within hours of me sending my email. Great support!

My Mrs bought me at these for Christmas, for a snowboarding trip at Morzine, France (which I’m currently at now) and they’ve been a lifesaver! 🙏🏻

Five stars for Rippl Impact for customer service and two stars for the product. I sent in a review and they sent a refund.
I bought the shorts just prior to a 3100 miles trip from Indianapolis to Key West and back. they are made well, but I found that my bum was more sore wearing them than without. The padding is located right where I usually feel the soreness- and that was the problem- the padding resulted in even more pressure at the pressure points and thus created even more discomfort. I ride an Africa Twin, so perhaps the experience would be different on a different style of bike. I just wanted to put an honest review of my experience out there for other buyers.

Have bought a pair of Rippls and liked them so much I ordered a second pair..Alas they didn't get delivered..Contacted Rippl direct and they couldn't have been more helpful. Received my 2nd pair today. The fit, the quality is awesome. They look cool to..Have worn them on a winter ride and they felt perfect..Nice and warm to. And the padding fits in all the right places. RECOMMEND! Harry personally emailed me to check all was good. I really appreciated his contact. Top bloke..x
