Great technician

Your phone salesperson was able to answer all my questions and scheduled an install very quickly.
Mike, my technician was great. Had to install the outside parts in the rain! He was very neat, took off his shoes when coming in from the rain.
He explained everything and helped set up my new wifi.

The install went well and...

The install went well and the installer top notch. The speed was good the first part of the day it was installed to but later it slowed way down to less than 1 Mbps.
Hopefully the dish is now recognized and updated with faster speeds. Seems good in day 2.

Great install…

Jeff called to let me know he was coming and arrived shortly thereafter. Apparently, the previous installment was “janky” and the coaxial cable was draped scythe front of the barn. I asked if he could do a better install wheee it didn’t look “janky”. He went to work and a little while later he was done and I had service.
