I have to say this guy new what he was talking about, was excellent at explaining what to do, I would say the best ever call centre helper I have spoken to and I have spoken to lots, thank you 👌👍

Great customer service provided! Called with a connection issue and spoke with an agent called Jon. He was very informative and clearly explained, clearly knew his role and resolved my issue quickly.

Lewis is the person I remember speaking to when I first had issues as a new customer. This is the second time I’ve called’in months and I spoke to him again. The call was taken promptly and my problem resolved.

Called today about some set up 2.4Ghz network, the customer service was so king to help me with all questions . Very satisfied ! Great Call, best cs experience ive had in a while, even had a joke with the guy and his 2min tnc's speech,
all part n parcel of accepting the offer, £5 for 6mnths 2.5gb is a no brainer, deal 33 odd after that, cant go wrong compared to like vermins 50 odd quid for 2.5gb down, and only 250mb up rate, where as rise is 2.5gb async which is perfect for 4k streaming on youtube/twitch for new & present streamers out there, as both ways up and down is 2.5gb on both streams.

Ensure you have a 2.5GB network interface card / adaptor in your device too, as most are 1GB.

nics/adaptors can come in a few variety of connection types,

builtin NIC ethernet port
pc NIC ethernet card
usb NIC ethernet adaptor

you can obtain these items for quite cheap on shopping platforms.

wifi 6 will give around variable bandwidth around 600mb - 900mb per sec.

wifi 7 will give variable bandwidth around 1.5GB - 3GB peak with a maximum theoretical upto 30GB

Bernie took time to hear out my concern re installation of the fibre broadband and explain the installation process.

I can't say, how fast and easy install internet. Staff amazing. Friendly and lovely.

The operator tried his hardest to get the information from the person that emailed me that my account has been cancelled. It wasn't forthcoming, so it's been left with Rise Fibre to sort out. According the the agent this will get sorted. He has left long a detailed notes on my account, so whoever picks this problem up will see all the information they need to sort the problem out.

We were kept informed of every stage from the moment we placed our order. The guys who came to fit the kit were very polite and explained every choice of location in detail. The fitting was neat, tidy and clean. The service worked within minutes.

I phoned with a concern about the handover schedule as I have just joined Rise Fibre. Esona - my liaison, was professional, warm and competent.

Install was super efficient and the guys went above and beyond helping to move our broken down car to be able to access the porthole. Even helped me move it back too!
