Made the process so easy and was able to explain step by step what to expect and go through the process fully with me. Put my mind at ease. Junaid- Senior Finance Manager helped fill out the details and was patient and understanding throughout. I didn't feel embarrassed talking about finances or debt owed.

After making contact and being very wary on if I'd made the right choice on doing this and weather I'd be judged, I was contacted by Junaid who from the very 1st call had me at ease and wasn't judgemental in the slightest, he was extremely helpful and understanding off my position, Junaid kept me updated and informed with the whole process making sure I understood what was happening and what happens next. After the service I've received from Junaid I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if they get Junaid he's been a credit to the company with dealing with my case.

I had some help from a gentleman called Ash. He was very helpful at the start, non-judgmental and helped me go through all my finances and found a solution for me. However, I was poorly for a day, he left over 10 missed calls and many messages, becoming quite rude because i wasn't answering due to me being asleep. After this we continued with my debt solution, and after doing some research on an IVA changed my mind. I told Ash continuously that I had changed my mind and he kept telling me he needed to call me to discuss, even though I had made my mind up. He also asked me to lie to Creditfix about my outgoings and what they were spent on. This was the final nail in the head that made me change my mind. Overall, a good company if you don't change your mind, but you will get blocked on Whatsapp if you do.

William was the kindest, non judgemental person and went above and beyond to help me sort my finances. He supported me and was available to ask any questions. He was always on time with when he said he would ring and made this whole situation, I initially felt so embarrassed about, 100 times easier and I am so grateful. He is a credit to this company.

From start to finish Danny and ash put my mind at ease and found me the best solution to help clear my debt, been a massive burden over me for years and now can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel , thank you so much.
