Rose gold watch
It was really complicated to open the watch. When it arrived it was blocked and couldn't open it. Then I managed to open and it's pretty nice.

A lousy clock
No paper about warranty inside the package. The clock seemed larger in the picture. The watch strap is going to oxidizing and it becomes black.
I paid 90 euros because of a discount, but I think that It was too expensive for the quality of the clock.

I'm sincerely sorry for the experience with your watch, and any inconvenience it may have caused. If you bought the Berkeley 26, that is our smallest watch with a diameter of 26 mm (2,6 cm). I am sorry if it seemed larger in the pictures displayed online. Regarding the oxidation, this should not occur, due to the fact that the mesh strap is made of 316L stainless steel. As for the warranty and watch information guide, there is always a book attached in the "drawer" of each watch box. Please make sure that you open it, if you haven't. If it by any means was missing from the watch box, I apologize for this and will make sure that we send you one in digital/paper format.
However, I cannot find your order in our systems. If you made the order with us, please send an email to info@robhayes.co together with your receipt/order number, and I'll make sure to help you resolve this situation with a repair/refund/exchange.
If you made the purchase anywhere else, make sure to reach out to them and they will take care of you.

Used the watch less than a year.. it starts too look really old so quick. The battery has already gone wrong really quick. I think a bad decision to choose a suede strap. It’s wearing off.. the watch is too pricey for what it is. Looked better in picture online.

Order one of your watches as a birthday gift. Was supersized that I got it so fast, just a couple of days. And the receiver of the watch was very pleased. The only thing I didn't find is if the watch comes with some kind of guarantee.

Worth the wait
This is my first time to purchase a product outside my country. I already set my expectation that it will arrived a month or more. I placed my order last December 2, 2019 and package arrived January 23, 2020. But it’s worth the wait.

As for the glass, we use Swiss sapphire glass that doesn't scratch. As for the movement, we use the Ronda 762 normtech caliber movement that has been used widely in high-end brands for decades and is known for its accuracy and robustness.
