Ordered a bike stand....The product was easy to install, looks good and is of very good quality.
I would highly recommend the product; especially because of the low price for such quality.

I bought a saddle bag, a mirror and a lock for my bike. The mirror feels very good quality and has worked very well so far, it handles vibration well and has a good field of view. The saddle bag feels good quality. The lock feels sturdy. The order was delivered quickly and I was kept up to date on it's progress. I would happily buy from them again.

Good price, taking bag on trip soon so will tell then. Transparent label folder on front of bag could be a weak point as plastic seems thinner than rest of bag. Like size and fits well on bike.

Non existent customer service and faulty item received over a week ago. Email sent on receipt of product and no response received.

My top tube bag developed a problem after a year of use. On reporting this to Rockbros the service team were incredibly responsive and after an exchange of information, they proposed a solution. The issue was dealt with in less than a week, I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the outcome.

I ordered the Waterproof Bike Headlight and Power Bank. I wanted it mainly because my Garmin head unit battery goes flat after a couple of hours. It seems well made and good value - the various light options are great.I’ve used it in the rain a few times and it indeed seems waterproof. I can power my Garmin and have the light on as well. It also came with a type c charging cable which was a nice touch.

The one issue I did have is that it was advertised as having a micro USB output but it actually has type c /lightning outputs so I had to buy an adaptor cable. Apart from that, I’m very happy with it.

i brought a new seat from the rockbros , i did not hold up much hope , as the other seats i brough where not comfidable when riding, i pumped the seat up as insruckted and straight away i felt the diffrance , well worth buying and at a reasonable price to.

Really good product and the fit over my variafocals is great.
No slipping and they disguise your glasses perfectly, I normally wear my Oakley with contact lenses but these are a great alternative, I got the black but I’m considering getting another pair in a different colour, would definitely recommend.

Ordered glasses for my son. Had an issue with an arm, contacted customer services and hey presto! Within 2 days a replacement pair was provided. What a pleasantly easy experience. Thank you.

Only one attachment size to fit one size bike ..... But the customer service was brilliant and it was quickly resolved thanks again and would definitely buy more products in future. Used the carrier and is very sturdy.
