Cheap made in China tat - completely disintegrated within 6 months. And when I say disintegrated I mean it - fabric came apart, inner split and fell apart, plastic heel fell apart and split, Complete rubbish. Brand used to be decent but now they are obviously China' made and it shows.

I bought a pair of boots and a pair of slippers on a Black Friday offer. Both excellent quality but the slippers were too large.

I emailed customer service to arrange an exchange on 30/12/24 and got an immediate reply that a new order had to be placed and the original item returned for refund. I replied to this asking for a return label as I have no printer.

I got no response from this and several other emails until I sent a strongly worded email on 11/01/25. I also rang the customer service line several times, left answer phone messages and did not get a single call back.

I received a reply to my last email on 13/01/25 apologising for not responding earlier stating that none of the previous emails had been received. A returns label was promised to be posted. 11 days on I am still waiting and have had no response to 2 further emails and 3 further phone calls.

This is completely unacceptable for something as simple as a return label.

I ordered my boots on 30th Nov Order No. RDUK553895 and still have not recieved them yet. Initially they responded to say they would check with the delivery company, but since then, despite numerous emails to customer care requesting either another pair, a refund or just an update, no response at all. Very disappointed indeed. Someone please refund me or send me out another pair!

I love the high tops. So versatile and a bit different from other brands which I love.

Love this brand. Boots just as shown. Arrived on time.

Excellent customer service. Evri stated they had returned my order to rocket dog, no attempt to deliver. I emailed rocket dog, within an hour a lovely lady from rocket dog emailed me, apologised and will re send my boots. Amazing as often you don't even even get a reply from companies. Rocket dog has exceeded all expectations

Ordered shoes, received updates that they were being delivered then suddenly lost by Evri. Contacted rocketdog who said lost in transit and no more available. I was refunded but looking at reviews this exact thing happened to others ....

Returned 3 pairs of boots in with free returns service….no problem. Nearly 3 weeks later still awaiting refund, tried emailing them but no response, tried ringing them but always answer phone saying they’ll return your call but they never do….no option for live chat. Terrible customer service!!!

I've been buying rocket dog footwear since 2000. A loyal wearer of all things rocket dog. In the last 10 years I have noticed that they don't wear well. That a pair of pumps will only last a season and despite buying two pairs of the exact same boot they only last a season.
They are super comfy and look good but at the price they retail at it is just burning money. There's no point buying a pair of shoes that aren't going to last at least a couple of years. If I bought Dr Martens they would.last at least 10 years and they don't cost too much more.

Beautiful boots. Well made and very comfortable. I struggle with narrower fittings so these were perfect. Delivery company was questionable though, promised delivery three days on the trot, eventually came and despite my impatience the wait was worth it. Im in love. Need to buy my next pair, same boots but in pink!

Bad experience. I paid $51.25 for a pair of rainboots. Didn't fit returned them same day I received them. I only receiving $33.35 back. They took $17.90 from my refund. The instructions says that $8.95 would be taken out for shipping cost.
I have reached out asking for a itemized list that adds up to $17.90. So, I'm paying $17.90 for a pair of cheap, too small, uncomfortable pair of boots that I tried on once!!!

Love Rocketdog shoes as light run around. They are simple casual footwear. I'm not sure what other reviews expect, they aren't advertised as hiking boots. I have several pair and they always last about a year and that is with me wearing them most days. I had a delivery issue the last time I ordered but that was a courier issue.

Please don't waste your $.

I've bought 3 pairs and they were ALL problematic. Never again. This brand is terrible now! I gave them a 2nd chance because I remember my mom having some cute pairs from back in the day (I'll be 27 soon). Worst shoe shopping experience I've actually ever had.

The black sneakers had a massive comically round toe box (not true to images) and looked like literal CLOWN SHOES.
Returned.

Later bought 2 pairs of sandals on BOGO & they were both so uncomfortable and UNWEARABLE.

1st had beige suede-like sole & 3 white braided straps, and were so painful on the bones of my feet while walking, & got instantly filthy due to the materials when I literally barely wore them! In trash.

2nd pair are platform flip-flops with wide towel-like strapping for over your foot, and I literally have to FORCE my feet in, and my toes look so smooshed/suffocated, so tight and uncomfortable! Like the strapping can't even fit your foot! I have small narrow skinny feet, I'm under 120lbs!!!! like ?????

Is ANYONE there trying out their own products?! Clearly not.

Don’t usually leave reviews but just had to in this instance.
I bought a pair of Jazzin multi stripe (my second pair) that I had a problem with.
15 minutes after sending an email I received a reply from RocketDog and within a couple emails over a few hours I was told a replacement pair would be sent out, these arrived the next morning! Only 20 hours after my initial contact with RocketDog. If only other companies had this customer service! Thank you Charlotte :)

I love Rocket Dog shoes and have numerous pairs! I just bought the crochet sliders, which are gorgeous and very comfy. My daughter and I often send photos of the latest pair we’ve bought and the other will say ‘oooh, they’re nice…I’m getting some!’ 🤣

Took 21 days to receive a refund. Despite them saying on website 10 days. They ignored all my emails and phone messages. Terrible customer service.
They only responded after I went through PayPal. Despite proof they received the return nearly 3 weeks before.Then they said that they would process refund and send confirmation that same day. They still did nothing until I threatened to escalate it 6 days later.
I will never use this site again . Thank goodness I paid via PayPal.

I bought my Taya Black Biker Ankle Boots less than 4 months ago and already the upper is coming away from the sole at the front and there’s large holes in the insoles. I’ll never buy from Rocket Dog again

Bought from Amazon, they are the best shoes I’ve had for the summer. Brilliant

Order placed on 12th May took 2 days to be dispatched. It's now the 24th and my order still hasn't been delivered.

Customer service were initially quick to respond, but I have not received any update on the parcel search initiated with Evri 2 days ago. I appreciate that the poor service is primarily on Evri's part, but this is compounded by the pack of communication from Rocket Dog.

I intend to request a refund and will buy from a local stockist instead.

Update: refund received and bought the same shoes from a local shop. Very happy with my purchase.
