The product didn't actually turn up as I said in a previous review, I asked for a refund and that's been pending since the 9th May, usually due to lack of funds, so my refund is just sitting there waiting ...not happy and wouldn't use Rocket Dog again aftersales service terrible even when you do eventually speak to a human being.

Great product, exactly as seen in the pictures, quick response from the seller, and quick solving issues with orders. I bought 4 pair of trainers, the size is perfect and I'm very happy with it. I can recommend for everyone.

NO STARS!!!! Ordered 2 different pairs of size UK6 in the sale. Received 2 of the same pair in a UK size 3!! Returned them with the postage LABEL and note explaining what had happened. Called customer services 10 times plus and got an answer service, left a message but no call back. Got an email saying they were processing my return for 1 PAIR of the wrong shoes but no money has been returned to my bank . Called another 3 times this year morning after 9am and keep getting answer service. AVOID HIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I'VE APPARENTLY LOST £60. I'm calling trading standards.

Just ordered a pair of slippers. When they arrived they were an odd pair. The pattern didn't match. I tried telephoning but just goes to message. Left several but no reply. Sent emails but still no reply.
I've always bought rocket dog from Amazon with no problems. This company is obviously fake and a SCAM!!

I bought a pair of their Billie boots. Within one day's wear, the surface had cracked and begun to flake off. I didn't wear them in the rain or high temps or anything like that... nor did I walk a long way or do anything extreme. They just... Fell apart on literally the first wear. And underneath the brown coating? They are literally made of cardboard. CARDBOARD. Like the cardboard that makes the tubes in the middle of loo roll. CARDBOARD SHOES.

STOLE MY CASH. SCAM. Worst company I've ever dealt with - took my money after the order wasn't accepted at the checkout and declined. Naturally with no order I thought nothing of it. Only to find they are taking payments. No order confirmation after days and they are taking payments!!! Also there is no way to contact them via email, phone, Instagram, message. Trust me, I've tried it. After reading other reviews apparently their shoes just fall apart. What a disgrace. Shouldn't be allowed to trade in the UK or anywhere!

Appauling service. Had boots faulty no way to contact customer services. So I just send them back and no refund has been issued. Cannot contact the company by phone or email. Should not be allowed to trade

I don't live near a shop to return my boots, and can't seem to contact Customer Services. The email address doesn't seem to exist, and the tel no is not answered. Beware!

UK Customer Services simply do not exist! I have been trying to contact them by email and phone for a week (as need to return some boots and managed to lose my order details) and they never reply or pick up the phone!!! Really not impressed by them,

I have several pairs of Rocket Dog flip flops. I used to love them, they still are really comfortable. But beware wearing them when it's wet (Yet I thought that's what they were meant for, to wear by the pool/beach) I went flying in them. I'm not sure if they have changed the material to the original ones.

Always bought Rocketdog shoes, boots, & canvas pumps. Really disappointed with recent purchase of Jazzin plus Dixie Daisy cotton, sent email to customer services, still no reply. They are frayed on back & sides of pumps. The last pair I bought were perfect, but this pair look like 2nds. Blob of glue on canvas, which I've picked off. The back of canvas pump got no extra cushion, looks awful. Paid alot of money for these canvas pumps. Will not be purchasing from rocketdog again.

Purchased my standard size but found them slightly too small. Charlotte at Customer Service was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I’m really pleased and finally have some pretty flip flops that are super comfortable. Brilliant!

I tried to return a pair of trainers because the bad stitching inside one was rubbing against my foot.
The only method of return, however, is Yahoo collection point. We live in a rural location and the nearest shop offering this service is 70 miles distant!! A 3 hour round drive. If you return by post you have to pay postage which will be considerable. We do not all live in cities and towns!!
Customer Service is dreadful and shameful. I am now stuck with trainers I cannot wear. First and last order from this company.

Poor quality shoes broke after wearing for short time. Poor customer service won't replace because even though they make them - I bought them from a sub retailer and don't have any paperwork. Have bought shoes from actual Rocket Dog for years - if it were my company I would have replaced them out of goodwill.

The quality of the shoes I ordered recently was so poor I returned them as per website directions. Tracking shows Rocket Dog received the item back over TWO WEEKS AGO. I emailed customer service and they are saying they can't see the return. I provided tracking info showing when they received it back. No response, and no response to follow up email. I shall have to do a bank chargeback to get my money back. I used to be a long time Rocket Dog customer. Never again.

I have 3 pairs of Jazzin, which I really like and bought a 4th in the Sale, on receiving them the box was my size but the shoes inside were the wrong size, I contacted Rocketdog and after sending photos to confirm the error, they immediately sent out a replacement with next day delivery and asked me to return the incorrect pair. Excellent customer service from Charlotte. Thank You

I was a fan of Rocket Dog years ago, however the stitching of the shoes I just bought is incredibly poor. The shoe is tearing because of it. Quality control must be a disaster. Rocket Dog sent back an email blaming the retailer, when the poor manufacturing is why the shoe is broken. Emails explaining the situation are below.
My email: Hello, I bought a pair of your Jazzin Hi Plimsoles from Oxendales & Co. in Ireland for 67.50 Euro. I've loved your company for years, so I am shocked that when I got the shoes the stitching on the tongue of both shoes is very crooked and poorly done. One of the tongues' stitching is busted open and the stuffing is hanging out. I haven't worn the shoes yet, they are brand new and just arrived today. The tongues definitely look hand stitched, I can't comprehend why the stitching is so crooked and with broken threads. I do have photos that I will be able to email to you when I get a response to show the poor craftsmanship. I have a disability and earn little money, so this whole situation is incredibly disappointing. Before this, I would've recommended your company to anyone. There seems to have been an oversight in either manufacturing or quality control. Ideally, I would like at least a partial refund for the fact that one tongue is torn (on an unworn shoe) and the other one will probably tear with wear. In any other circumstance, I would've placed the blame on Oxendales if a shoe was torn, but I can clearly see that the reason the shoe is torn is because of the crooked and breaking stitching. You have beautifully designed shoes but with poor manufacturing. It's such a shame. With a response, I'll be able to email you the photos and give you any further information you will need. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

I'm really surprised to find so many negative reviews of Rocket Dog here. Over the past couple of years, I have bought 4 pairs of Jazzin trainers, 1 Jazzin high top, and 3 pairs of flip flops (all in different designs, not because they've worn out or broken). Although a couple of them I have bought via Amazon. They are comfortable and have fit me exactly size-wise, and have arrived within a few days of ordering. I've not had to contact Customer Service or return anything, so unable to comment on those aspects.

RECEIVED THE SHOES BUT THEY ARE TOO SMALL.NO INVOICE IN THE BOX, NO RETURNS LABEL, NOTHING. THE SHOES WERE NOT IN THE BOX,THERE WAS NO CELLOTAPE ON THE BOX TO KEEP IT CLOSED. I AM NOT ABLE TO PURSUE THE MATTER SO THE SHOES WILL GO TO CHARITY. I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES WHICH PREVENT ME FROM ENDLESS TELEPHONE CALLS,E MAILS ETC.
