Bought boots from the website recently and I can safely say it was such a pleasant and easy experience. The website was clear and easy to use, boots came perfectly packaged and much sooner than expected. And the best part, they fit amazingly and are so comfortable. Will definitely purchase again.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots satire Express delivery. They arrived in 24hrs. One pair fab and really comfy, unfortunately the other were mis sized in the box and faulty. I emailed with pics and got a reply in 1 hour with apology, full refund of boots and my express delivery charge. The boots to go to a charity shop. Although sad the error occurred given these things do, the service has been great in not so easy times.

Do not use!! I’ve used Rocket Dog before and been happy. This time their system had a ‘glitch’ took my money but the order hasn’t gone through. Tried to call their customer service 30+ times and rings out, no answer. Even tried their accounts number etc and does the same. E mails also ignored. Now have to fight to get my money back.

Used to absolutely love rocket dog. Comfiest boots ever. However quality has gone shockingly downhill. Both pairs of boots £75 each have leaked and the outer material has peeled off within weeks of buying . Absolutely gutted.

I have bought rocket dog footwear on and off for the past 10 or so years.

In my last order the sandals broke with first use (bad batch) I contacted them via facebook and they was quick to replace. (I did send photos with my complaint).

Great to see a firm not umming and arring and just sorting it out straight away.

I have recently purchased a pair of boots from rocket dog after looking at reviews. They were absolutely right. The most comfortable pair of boots I have purchased. Very easy to walk in,look great with skinny jeans or a cute dress. A perfect fit.I will buy a second pair in another colour.

I got a pair of boots in the 50% off sale, arrived quickly and fit lovely. However the fact the original price should of been £70 for them I am extremely disappointed! The stitching is awful, lots of loose ends like they haven’t taken much care in making them, I still paid £35 for them and the quality is just not what I expected at all! Considering returning them.

I have been a fan of Rocket dog for 18years and bought different styles and colours of boots every year. But unfortunately in recent years i have found the quality of the boot awful and cheap. I bought a pair just before Christmas, i have already gone through the sole, to the point i can feel and see the blocks inside the base of the boot. Inside is completely disintegrating, no support at all.
Gutted as they Used to make Rocket dogs so comfortable and supportive and of a better quality

Ordered some boots for a christmas present, item arrived quickly, well packed and boots as described, couldn't see any issues with them and happy with service thank you

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one red one blue. The red ones were purple, not red. I attempted to contact them multiple times to ask if they even had red, no response. I returned the purple ones with the slip and sent multiple emails to them explaining these are purple, not red. No response. Over a week after I returned the shoes I still had not received a refund. Attempted to contact again. No response. Today I got an automated email stating my refund was processed and $7 with held for return shipping. That $7 just cost you a customer. I have 20+ rocket dog shoes. I'll never buy another pair.

Ordered 2 pairs of the new Bristol in brown and tan. I received them in brown and Black. Before I returned the black pair I tried to contact them MULTIPLE attempts but since NOBODY...EVER...answers their phones I left a voice msg but nobody called me back. Emailed them 2x but nobody answered me so I returned the black pair with a note stating please just exchange the incorrect black pair for the tan pair that I ordered. I didn’t want a refund..just an exchange..and I stated that I should not be charged the $7+ cuz I used their label. Well I got no exchange...just a notification of the refund..MINUS THE $7+ FEE FOR USING THEIR RETURN LABEL WHICH I DID BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP AND SENT ME THE WRONG SHOE!!! I have at least 15 pairs of their shoes but will NEVER order from this f***ing place EVER AGAIN

I bought a pair of biker style boots in February, absolutely loved them. However, the zip broke after a matter of weeks which I was really annoyed about. I contacted Rocket Dog direct and after a few emails, I had a brand new pair sent straight to me in less than a week! Thank you!

I bought a pair of Rocket Dog high lace up boots a few YEARS ago that I can still wear. They haven't worn out. I get compliments on them constantly. I seriously could walk the entire city of Manhattan in these and still feel like I am wearing slippers. Best boots I've ever purchased. I continue to be a loyal customer because these boots last!

Because I used to LOVE Rocketdog shoes. I pretty much collected them, they were my absolute favorites back in the day!
However, I find them not as tastefully designed anymore, and the prices aren't really worth it. I wish they could go back to the way they were about 5 years ago. I still have a soft spot for them in my heart, regardless...

love their products, I got some quality dog toys from them for my baby Leo.

I have very mixed feelings about Rocket dog.

Firstly I have wide feet so the sneakers are the only shoes I can wear with my wide feet. So I'm so thankful for the unique wideness of the shoes. I buy these often and wear them daily and they are fantastic.

My only issue with Rocket dog is that they resell the same shoes over and over, occasionally with offers. It's just the same shoes with the prices fluctuating year in year out.

So if you have wide feet then I recommend! But keep an eye out for rocket dogs off the websites for better deals and variety.

I tried to order jazzing in navy. Every coupon code I tried failed, including the one they sent me! I tried to contact them, but something wrong with everything I entered, so not contact made. Hugely frustrated.

I received my platform sandals that I was so excited about, the band is stretched out and the heal has excessive glue on it, it looks like a DIY project. I wasn't that mad, I just wrote to them, that I wanted a new pair or a refund. 4 emails later, still no word from them!

Worst pair of boots ever, hardly worn and outer material all falling off. Contacted them and after 2 weeks no response. Their customer service obviously as good as their shoe making

I bought two pairs of Jazzin trainers which both fell apart within six weeks. Emailed their customer services and have never heard back.
