Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service , after 6 months one of my wellies developed a fault and I contacted their customer service for advice. Without hesitation they sent a replacement pair … truely excellent service

Great boots…
I’ve been wanting a pair of good quality wellies and I saw these. The reviews looked pretty good so opted for a pair. Pleased to say I’m not disappointed. They are incredibly comfortable, great to walk in, keep your feet warm… no slipping of the boot around your foot or leg. I’m very pleased with them.

Worth 5 stars all day long , just expect a snug fit
More than happy to give 5 stars , I bought the Groundhog boots, the quality is spot on and they are very comfortable , the only thing I will say is that they are a very snug fit and could have possibly given a little extra on the width , I manged though and more importantly I got them back off easily enough, I've been known to struggle 😂.

Had these boots from rockfish for about a year now and had enough time to evaluate them. They are the best wellies I've had by far for comfort and use. I've used them around the farm, in streams and over rough terrain and had no issues whatsoever. I got them in sales at a really good price as I wouldn't have given them a second look at full price. Maybe adjust your full price to get more custom as people will not be disappointed

Poor Quality& lack of customer service
I purchased a pair of the men’s thong sandals, whilst they looked good online the upper leather is thin, flimsy and has no structure causing them to be painful.
I tried to call the company and the phone line is out of order, send an email to return and no response. Not only am I unhappy with the product the customer service is not great either, I’m writing this review as it seems they respond on here, so let’s hope they act on my issue
