Rollasun 

Having been the recipient of dreadful garments and service from this company, I am very sorry to read that people are still being stung. Please be aware that the one historic ‘Excellent’ review (2%) is actually a very bad one - the reviewer appears to have incorrectly applied 5 stars to their bad review. This means that Rollasun reviews are actually 97% Bad and 3% Average at best.

Saw an advert for Rollasun on my phone. I've learnt the hard way, never ever do that! Ordered three items, which took some weeks to arrive. Items did not fit, and were not very well made; (yes, you get what you pay for). Tried to contact the UK website email address, which came on a card enclosed with my order; but this came back as not listed. Managed to find a contact email address in China (alarm bells). Explained my problem, and asked for a full refund. To cut a very long story short; after months of being fobbed off with very poor offers of a part refund; I eventually contacted Paypal, (thank goodness for Paypal), who acted on my behalf. Eventually I got my full refund of £72.20p. Great news? No! I had to pay nearly £20 to return the items to China before Paypal could refund the full amount; as Rollasun had not collected my returned items from customs. Still, I got £52.20 refund, which was a lot more than the £8 Rollasun were initially offering as a refund. WARNING: Do not use this company. If they don't have a UK address to return items; you are going to have to deal with the company in China; and that is one big headache; stress related; out of pocket situation you do not want!

As agreed with one reviewer not even worth one star. Wish I had never bought from this company. The top did not fit, I was offered a fraction refund which accepted and has never arrived. Each time I email them they send the same automated reply saying they have refunded into my account. Bogus company do not touch with a barge pole!

Be guided by the majority of reviews, and be weary of the good reviews.
Everything stated in the * or ** reviews are true and correct.
I found out too late, but I dealt with the issues and did get 100% refund after much work.
For the benefit of those who have been taken in by Rollasun,
Make PayPal work for their money, they are very good at representing you on the international front.
My lesson is don’t buy anything at all through Face Book media.

I put in an order for seven items after seeing an advert on Facebook. After ten days, I emailed the company for an update, I got a very polite response within a short period of time, explaining. True to their word, my parcel was delivered within three weeks of ordering. I’m keeping all of the items, most are very similar to the advert. True, they’re not top class but then, you get what you pay for!
I’m an average UK size 12 and the medium size all fit. I believe in saying it as it is, I hope this review helps people make their minds up!

WARNING...Scam company ! Do not deal with this company. charged shipping. I cancelled immediately .I heard nothing for days tried to claim back through PayPal the company told me if I reported them to Paypal I would not get my money back! Told me goods had been despatched then provided me with a tracking Number which was bogus . No chance of my money being refunded ....

Advert suggested free postage but I noticed I had been charged for shipping so I cancelled the order the same day I made it That was two months ago, when I too it up with PayPal, a month later, Rollasun said it would take 15 working days to reimburse me, now they are saying that the order was shipped. They provide shipping details without any address This company should not be allowed to advertise on reputable sites.

This company is a complete load of rubbish. Not only were the wrong sizes sent but the finish was disgusting. I was told I could not return the items and was offered a fraction refund of the cost. NEVER buy from them

Not worth even one star. Scam company!!!
Clothes were 3 sizes too small and of poor quality - nothing like the photos. Like similar reviews below, they said to give the clothes away to somebody who could use them and it wasn’t worth returning them! 😂😂. Unbelievable. I am in dispute with Paypal. 😢😢

Rubbish sizing, rubbish quality, rubbish customer service, impossible to return, impossible to get a refund, and emails frankly insulting. Do not be fooled by the .uk website, clearly run by a scammer using sweatshop labour. I haven't yet been advised to "give to someone in need" (I don't think I know anybody with such strange body proportions) but I expect this will some. What is the address in Middlesex hidden on one of the web pages?

I WISH IWISH I WISH I had seen these BEFORE I purchased. Do not...i repeat..DO NOT buy.....poor quality, awful sizing.....just simply not worth a penny per garment and absolutely no joy with refunding..same story...written in poor English....you keep garment we give you pennies (£14 offered for a £150 order I think not!!!)

Absolutely dreadful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wanted to return a pair of trousers that were about 10 sizes too big and cost £29.99. They offered me £8.00 and said I could keep the trousers because it wasn’t worthwhile to them to return them. The trousers are unusable to me. When I asked again for a refund they are now ignoring my e-mails. Rubbish from China - disgraceful!

Do not buy from this company. When the products finally arrived, they were way too big (although I followed their sizing chart). I requested a return and as I had to pay for postage myself, I accepted their offer of a part refund. 27 days later I have still not received the part refund (and don't think I ever will).

Doesn't really deserve any stars. This is a fraudulent company. Such items as eventually arrive are not as described, neither in fabric nor style and the sizing is appalling. They will not take returns and refuse to refund. They say it isn't worth it to them and suggest donating items to charity instead. The quality is so poor, charities would be unlikely to accept them.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I did not want to give this company even one star but could not continue until I did. Appalling after sales service, I was told the item I bought was not worth returning and to give it to someone who it would fit. The material was shoddy and the sizing wrong and no chance of the guaranteed refund. I am reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 tops on 23rd March and they just keep telling me to be patient. Nowhere on the site/ordering process tells you it will take a ridiculous amount of time for the items to arrive. I have now asked for a refund or will be reporting them as a scam company. Has anyone else reported them?

Awful! Wrong colour items sent, rubbish quality and no one replies to querie it!

Do not buy from this website. Clothes not correct size the quality of the clothes is poor and definitely not Linen as advertised. I have wasted my money, trying to get refund, but have learnt my lesson! Never again!,,,

Don't do it- shop somewhere else. Have emailed 3X to arrange to return as all items are TINY!!!- Still jo response.

Wish I could rate this company and it's cloths as a zero. Ordered 22March order has arrived today 19 April after being charged for faster delivery which I didn't choose. Customer services just keep replying to my complaints with the same batch email. The quality of the materials are awful and the items look nothing like the pictures. Do yourselves a favour Shop somewhere else!
