Rollasun 

The shirts supplied were completely random sizes and of poor quality material - not the linen promised. I have returned 3 shirts and am awaiting refund but am very dissatisfied that there is no UK address to return them to and the cost of the return (to China) was £16.

Like many others it seems, I was taken in by Facebook advertising. The clothes are shipped from China, despite the uk domain, and the sizing is ridiculous, nothing like as described. 2 of my 4 garments were the wrong colour, 3 were tiny, and I mean child sized, the fabric was very thin and the stitching awful. Like others I tried to get a refund but was told I would have to pay for shipping back to China and I am not prepared to do this. I have been offered a 1/4 refund and to keep the clothes.

This is a scam company as all the other reviews have said. I am trying to get my money back via Paypal dispute resolution centre

The garments arrived a very bad fit and quality.
By the website address you're led to be they're in the UK. They say items can be returned....don't you believe it. You have to contact a 3rd party by email for directions and eventually after many emails to him and rollasun I received one saying that it would cost me too much to return the items..to CHINA ,they offered a £16 good will refund and told me to give the tops to someone in need!!
I'm luckier than many who never received their goods at all. Never, never, never will I be tempted by these ads that appear on Instagram or Facebook again!!!

A scam! Don't buy
The one star I had to give in order to write a review is too high. It should be minus 5! Like many who have written a review, I received a garment that does not look anything like the one I had ordered: synthetic instead of cotton/linnen; weird model that does not look like anything in the picture. I complained to Jeremy Murphy (as indicated on the card attached to the article I received). Both he and someone in China (from the return address on my order), offered £5 discount for a next order!!! However, not a replacement. The return had to be paid for. However, later I received a message that it was too expensive to return, so I should give it to someone, but the only compensation was a discount on a next purchase!

I bought two items- glad it wasn't more.
Reasonably priced, looked good quality in the photos. Unfortunately when the items arrived the quality was very poor and the sizing variable. I followed the rather exacting instructions to request a refund from "Jeremy Murphy", haven't heard a thing. Wish I had researched before parting with my money. Do not buy - you might as well burn your money.

Absolutely awful quality and nothing like advertised. Shameful. I feel embarrassed that I fell for trying them.
Card received with three items ordered saying I could return but NOT free! Despite saying free returns on their website. Prob because they are from Asia. I am looking into reporting them as they should not be allowed to get away with this. £47.00 wasted. Not good enough for use as dusters! Im so cross. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BUYING.

Absolutely AWFUL! whoever made this fake company also has for other products as I was also cheated by them a month prior when I boughts a portable clothes dryer - only to be sent a towel! I recognised it was the same people as the receipt customer card they sent with the product was the same as the clothes i ordered on rollasun.co.uk.
They use pictures of clothes and then make cheaper terrible quality versions. I requested a refund, only to not hear back from them again.
TERRIBLE.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I too wish I’d read these reviews before spending over £50 on three garments. Clearly very clever photography as clothes weren’t remotely of the quality depicted in the photos. Sizing very strange. I did receive a reply in very bad English giving a Chinese return address offering me £12 Avoid this company

I have a friend who is too embarrassed to write a review for this atrocious company therefore i am doing it.
She paid £60 for three garments which were diabolical in every way.
She made three attemps over 2 weeks to contact this company in order to receive a refund methodology and has now received a communication from them stating "Its not worth sending them back just give them to somebody who needs them".
Sadly my friend does not hate anyone enough to land them with this pile of dross on their lap.

This is cheap clothing, poor quality, size charts are totally wrong and customer service is appalling. You cannot exchange or return goods, not exactly a scam but close enough. You just have to write off the money spent and put it down to experience.

Total rubbish. I would not donate to a charity shop. Getting a refund I was told they would compensate me £22 out of my outlay of £89!!!!!

PS the sizing is absolute rubbish too. Paper thin poorly finished rubbish in dolls sizes.

Absolute garbage. I ordered 3 items of clothing( all the same size) and all 3 were a different fit. One pair of trousers didn't even fit , the other pair were so long they would have fitted a lamppost. Extremely poor quality..thready and cheap. On requesting a refund I was told to give the clothes to someone who would want them as to return them would be too expensive for me. Now they won't reply to my emails. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Terrible quality, not the materials advertised, no returns accepted. Do not order from this company. I agree Facebook and all other platforms should not allow this company to advertise.

The clothing is nothing like the pictures, really poor fit and terribly badly made. I could understand if they were cheap. There is no return address and they say they won't refund unless goods are damaged. Why is Facebook still allowing them to advertise? There are hundreds of posts regarding these scammers they must be making millions. UPDATE: PayPal refused my claim because I did not submit documentation in support of it. They failed to acknowledge there is none. These chinese scammers took the advert down within a couple of days and sent nothing with the goods. PayPal obviously are as bad as the vendor.

I agree do not buy from this company as I was told that I should give away the item that did not fit to someone who deserved it!!!!
Appalling service and unhappy that they keep appearing on my Facebook feed and iphone.

Do not use this company, they are not based in the UK, which is what I thought when ordering, website said free delivery on orders over £39+, no I was charged £12 delivery, tried to cancel within 12 hours of order being placed, all requests ignored and goods dispatched.

Order placed 11th March, goods arrived 2nd April well outside of delivery window.

Have attempted 3 times to request returns information and starting on the 3rd April, now at the 7th and no one has responded.

So my advice is do not buy anything from this company!

Absolute rubbish not a bit like that displayed on site so awful they don’t even want it returned I would be too embarrassed to pass the items on to those in need I wouldn’t even line a dogs basket with them so they’re probably heading for the bin

The items could not have been poorer quality and less like the pictures. Trousers just stitched up sides and elastic in top, not even pressed seams flat. I could do a better job. When I emailed to say I wanted to return them reply was its not worth it give them away and we will give you a discount on next order! DON'T BE TEMPTED ITS RUBBISH
