Has anyone actually sent items back to China and received a full refund. I'm not sure whether to try or whether I'd just be flushing more money down the loo.

So I emailed them saying I wanted to return them because the didn’t fit and were poor quality and have finally had a reply saying it wasn’t worth me returning them and I should give them to someone who needed them and the would give me a discount with my next order! As if!!!

Before I pursue a refund for shoddy items that I have just had delivered,
Has anyone managed to return their items from Rollasun back to China and received a refund? And has anyone contacted Facebook to get these scammers banned from advertising on their site?

Terrible quality and fit. Not able to get a refund. DO NOT USE!

Poor material and fit, but better than some.

I ordered a striped longline top, grey/white, it looked like a cotton/ linen material on the photo, which had round neck and a hankerchief hem.
I was sent a cheap nylon top with a V neck and the hemline was nothing like the one advertised. It is appalling quality. Don't be fooled by the photos what the models are wearing as you don't receive the same thing. Disgusted with this scam. I am waiting for a full refund.

The products look nothing like the photos. They are around 2 sizes smaller than they should be and made to what must be a different pattern as they are shorter and very tight. The material is really cheap man made and the photos have the appearance of linen. I wouldn’t pay more than £5 at a market for each item. It’s a lesson learned to never buy off an advert on Facebook, who need to stop running their advert. But never never buy from this company. I should have looked at the other terrible one star reviews first. I will attempt to get my money back but when reading all the other reviews this doesn’t look likely. I would give minus stars but that isn’t possible.

Sadly I hadn't read the earlier reviews. Pretty much the same. Ordered two tops. Fabric not as described, (not linen or cotton but cheap polyester at best) sizing not as described (tiny), a lot shorter than in the pictures too. Quality absolutely appalling. A card arrived with the blouses stating returns only for faults or wrong size. Emailed suggested contact for returns. Reply was "Sorry for keeping you waiting, it is not worth to return. You can send the item to people who need it. Next time we will give you some discounts". Clearly I won't be ordering anything again. Clearly not in the UK as this illegal. Absolutely terrible. Total waste of money!

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered trousers which from their picture looked roomy on the legs. They went nowhere near my knees never mind leg. I have asked for refund so see what happens.

Terrible people I’m just about to send 3tops back they have offered me £12 refund on £53 worth of clothes. Don’t no what to do think I’ll find out how much postage will be first 🤷‍♀️

I agree with these bad reviews. I ordered two tops. I was very disappointed and wish to return them but there seems to be no way to do this. I have emailed three times, with no reply. There is no information or address and the firm seems to be unwilling to supply any. I wish I had looked at these reviews. Don’t buy from them. The one star is not deserved but I can’t get rid of it.

Poor quality, poor sizing, a no returns or refund policy.

They will NOT refund you, as they say it has to go via China and its too expensive

I ordered three items - two were ok but the third was made of polyester, not linen/cotton as advertised. I emailed Jeremy Murphy as requested for how to return and get a refund - emailed again after getting no reply, then emailed service at rolls sun and was told it my email was not deliverable!
Finally received an email today from “Jeremy Murphy” who said it was not worth returning, I should pass it on to someone who needs it, and they would give me discounts in future!
I will not be buying from them again, and will continue to insist on a refund.

Stay away from this company! Don't buy anything from them!
Shipping takes ages ( over 3 weeks) as it comes from China.
Sizes - you need to order 3 tomes your size..Nothing fits!

NO stars, actually. I think the people behind this are complete scam artists.
I ordered a couple of clothing items and was sent two of the same item, which they charged me for. Also the sizes?! All I can say is, they seem to only cater for tiny people, even though they offer all sizes??? Nothing fits.
NEVER order from them, EVER!!!

Scam : do not use this company . The goods are not as advertised and when you ask for return advice and refund , they tell you that it’s not worth the cost of return and to “ send goods to people who need it “
So shoddy useless goods and no possibility or way to get your money back .

This company does not honour the statements on its website. If you receive wrong product contact them immediately. I did and am still fighting for a full refund. Free return in 30 days - does not happen. They tell you it is not worth returning or pay to post back to China. Neither is it worth receiving. Trustpilot should offer the option for Black Stars for horror then they would get 5 of them.Complete scam and Facebook should not allow them to advertise.
