I sent the mearsurements in for the roller door and luckily before the order was confirmed the company asks you to re measure which I did and found the first measurements were incorrect - thank you for not going with my first measurement.

From my first request of information regarding the correct type of door for my new garage, to attending a site survey, through to my tiger roll door being installed and job completion at my home, this company know their game! Professional sales staff to deal with, kept me updated regularly with regards to my unit build time and arranging a convenient install date. Their fitters contacted me the day prior to install to confirm job description. They arrived on time as planned, kept the install area clean and worked with a clear methodical manner to install the door in just a little over 2 hours.

The service is first rate. From on site survey through to installation. Also after sales service. Everyone involved was highly professional, polite and efficient. And the product itself looks fantastic. A great overall service that I can highly recommend.

Perfect, no issues. I got my initials quote earlier in the year, but due to building works taking longer than expected I did not place my order until a few months later, but they honored my initial quote.
Delivery was quick and simple and installation was easy, I deviated from their videos, because my install was slightly different and I was essentially installing it on my own. But they were helpful prior to starting.
Quality seems good so far so no complaints.

The delivery of my doors was extremely prompt and I was impressed with the build quality. I installed them myself as a DIY enthusiast with few problems. The online guides and tutorial video was very useful too

It is not often that a company exceed expectations and the product surpasses ones expectations but these guys have managed both. Easy to assemble and has been running faultlessly for years. I moved house recently and took the door with me because my new house had been fitted with a heavy cumbersome version which kept jamming. The insulation was not half as good either. What s great product these doors are.

Great team at Roller Doors no nonsense first meeting and straightforward and stuck to initial online price. I wasn’t here for the fitting but my wife said the guys were very courteous and cleaned up and took my old damaged door away. Would highly recommend 👍

After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I thought I would give this a go, super pleased with the finished product, delivery was faster than I needed, install guides really make installing one of these garage doors pleasant, in fact the hardest part was ripping the old door out, still got the cuts to prove it.
