Initially everything was ok, our door was installed in Nov 2020 and we were happy with it. We starting having a problem with the door sticking on occasion this summer. Engineers came and looked at it but didn't seem to find anything wrong. Same issue occurred in September and since then haven't been able to get anyone to help us. Emails are not answered, telephone messages not replied to. I did manage to contact Josh by What's app, sent photos and an engineer was promised....he never turned up. A piece of metal bracket has now fallen off! Still no joy from anyone, very disappointed. Door was still under guarantee when this happened.

Less than two years old on a low useage door and the things packed up.. Plastic collers on the roller have cracked and dropped apart and now the motor is jambing and keeps tripping the electrics.

I've emailed and tried ringing but unable to get a responce from the company.

If they come back and honor the warantee then i will corect the review but so far i am not impressed.

Very professional, came round quickly to quote with good explanation of extras. Good lead time to installation. Installers were very polite and know what they're doing, quickly installed and cleared up and took the old door. Looks great.

Two doors fitted in June 2024, after few days one of the doors jammed leaving scratches to several of the slats. A fitter came out to examine the door and to verify the damage agreeing that replacements were required. Several promises followed of when parts would be available up until Jan 2025. Promise after promise blaming their supplier for lack of parts. Offered the chance of compensation but then heard no more. Many calls and emails with inadequate response. Very poor and I do not recommend this company, they do not care for the customer.

This was a great price for my garage door. Sales staff and fitters friendly. Only took a few hours and took my old door away as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
