Full instructions were given after a superb fitting. Polite & friendly fitters. Ground was left tidy after the work was completed.

From the initial survey to fitting everything went smoothly and fitting was very well done and the work area left very clean and tidy

Fitted last year, the two garage doors were never fitted correctly in the first place. The initial finish was so poor they had to come back just for that. Over time we realised they never closed properly as there has been an issue with the fob transmitter. They have been back several times now but got nowhere. I have been fobbed off with comments such as interference from the Ring doorbell and that they are trying a new transmitter on a different frequency. Supposedly, that all happened some weeks ago, and following even more missed appointments, calls and emails are now never returned. Once they have the money, communications are rubbish, with false promises on how they will address the problem and never show. A year on, issue still unresolved.

After the installer left having taken my payment I spotted that the job was incomplete. The roller is missing a cover inside. I have contacted Rollright twice about it and and still waiting.

From enquiry to fitting was a breeze.
The website had clear options of different door options with clear pricing. You don't have to book a survey to have an idea of the overall cost.
I wasn't over-quoted to later reduce the price, or upsold for unnecessary add-ons.
I was kept informed about the installation date, Bryn and Tom arrived exactly at the booked time and made light work of removing the old door and cleaning the bricks as much as possible.
The new door was fitted and an explanation of the controls was given.
My garage and driveway was left neat and tidy when the guys had finished.
I now don't have gaps around my door for leaves and dirt to blow in, and it is so much more secure!
The overall look of my Anthracite door is fantastic and makes the driveway look more appealing.
I have already recommended Roll Right to my neighbour

Had a large garage door installed this weekend by Bryn from Roll Right. After getting an estimate from the website, I contacted them to book a survey, selected a date and time that suited me. Roll right contacted me to confirm that date and time the following day, and when the survey was carried out, I was given an estimate slightly more than the quoted price on the website; however, it very clearly states on the website that prices will increase every 100mm over the minimum width within that size range so I did expect it to be slightly more (our door is 30cm wider than the 2.5m minimum for a large door. The price was considerably cheaper than any estimate I had been given by any competitors, and I was told the door would be ready for installation within 3 weeks. As the survey was carried out on a Friday afternoon, I waited till the following Monday to book a date. I was offered an installation date within 3 weeks; however, for my own convenience, I chose a date slightly over that.

The week the installation was due, I received a phone call from Roll Right to inform me that due to staff issues, they could no longer attend on the Friday as planned and would Saturday be ok instead. I confirmed a time convenient to me, and I was happy with the changes. On Saturday, Bryn rang me and told me it would be approximately 90 minutes before they would be at our house to carry out the work, and they arrived pretty much on this estimate. A quick chat about what would be happening, and they were happy to crack on with installing the door. The job in total took just over 2 hours, and they removed all rubbish, including the old doors. After they left, there was no sign that any work had been carried out.

Upon completion, I was given a full demonstration on how to operate the doors, warranty information, and I felt highly satisfied with the job that had been carried out. I would happily recommend this company to my friends & family.

Excellent family company with first class service from initial inspection by Steve to actual fitting by Connor. Office manager Jenna is super efficient and the whole process a perfect example of good old fashioned customer service with both high quality doors fitted the same day . Highly recommended.

Mark was great, not an easy fitment of two doors as shallow slope of roof, but very diligent and a superb job, very tidy and showed me how they worked and explained everything, First class

The reason I have not given 5 stars is the communication with the company wasn't good enough. My install had many hic cups throughout the process, including a mis measure to one of my doors (mistakes happen).
If communication about progress of my order had been better, then a 5 star review would be given.
The end product is superb, and very very competitively priced too.
To be fair to Roll Right, the MD of the company called me after completion to ensure everything was good with the finished product....and it is.

Lovely set of lads, turned up set everything out, kept everything clean fitted the garage door then spent time showing me how the remote worked and how you could also use the swith in the garage, defo 10 outta 10
